The end times has been approached from many angles. This poem explores modern images of end times but lands on a surprising take on how we should live in apocalyptic times...whether we believe its upon us or not.

This poem is about the legacy of my Granny, Mrs. Duera Mae Everett.  She was a "hand grenade of light."

Bullying, forgiveness, suicide(trigger warning), and life are all part of this poem. Self compassion often involves the deepest hurts we've endured. Engaging our deepest hurts with forgiveness can often create sacred healing. You may be surprised who needs to be forgiven though.  Enjoy.
