An early arcade game that got a close to perfect NES port, Spy Hunter was a fun high score challenge that is mostly forgotten about these days but the first NES game (along with the sequel) were some great fun! On this episode we are going back to the Game Boy with a launch title not talked about as much as Tetris but just as impressive to see on the black and white (or green and black) handheld with Super Mario Land. It's been a bit since I've covered a Sega Genesis game, and I wanted to do so with this episode. As of this recording the Sonic 3 movie is about to release so I wanted to cover another Sonic game with Sonic and Knuckles.
