    How I Got Married in a Room Full of 100 Basotho Women

    When I walked into the room, 100 tipsy smiling faces turned and cheered for me. I paid 10M to join this fun, musical party. The windows were covered with blankets and the beat of a handmade drum beat loudly, bum bum.. bum bum. Women held whistles in their mouths and some wore skirts made of bottle caps bouncing up and down on their bottoms. I was quickly shuffled to the front to watch the dances. Grinning ear to ear I thought to myself for the millionth time since arriving in Lesotho 16 months ago, wtf is my life?
