When The Dance Hall Becomes High School… Again. Tips and Tools for Navigating the Drama
High school drama at the dance hall? Let’s outgrow it. This episode is about protecting your peace, staying on the dance floor, finding your people, and remembering why you started dancing in the first place. Tough skin. Tender heart. Stay out of the gossip. Say yes to new people. Ask someone to dance. Travel to new dance spaces. Be part of the fun, not the friction. Because every person walking into a dance hall is carrying a story. And our community can be a safe place… if we choose to make it one. This one is for anyone who has ever felt pulled into clique energy, drama, or forgotten why they fell in love with dance. Listen in and tell me… what helps you protect your peace on the dance floor? 👇 LinksAttracting Dance Partner: How to Get Off the Sideline and Onto the Dance Floor Pt1Attracting Dance Partner: How to Get Off the Sideline and Onto the Dance Floor Pt2#AllOutAsIsPodcast #CountryDanceCommunity #DanceHeals #ProtectYourPeace #CountrySwing #LineDancing #DanceLife #MindsetShift I truly appreciate you tuning in and sharing your time with me! The Audacity to Choose Your Own Path
What if the rules you’ve been trying to follow… were never meant for you? In this episode, I share a moment that could have stopped everything. A conversation that questioned my worth, my right to teach, and even my audacity to charge for what I loved. But instead of shrinking, I chose something different. We’re talking about: • Breaking free from the “invisible ladder” of expectations • Navigating criticism, doubt, and loud opinions • Choosing courage over approval • Owning your value before anyone else validates it • And what it really takes to build a life and business that feels like freedom This is your reminder that you don’t need permission. You don’t need to wait. And you definitely don’t need to follow someone else’s rules. You just need the audacity to choose yourself. If this episode hits, share it with someone who needs the reminder. 🤍 I truly appreciate you tuning in and sharing your time with me! Why Do I Resist What I Know Will Work?
Why do we resist the very things we know will make us feel proud, connected, and aligned? 🤍In today’s vulnerable episode, I’m unpacking something that’s been showing up in my life… resistance.Resistance to sending the follow-up. Resistance to reading the bedtime story. Resistance to sending the loving text. Not because I don’t care. But because being seen, caring deeply, and leaning in requires emotional vulnerability. What if resistance isn’t a stop sign… but a breadcrumb? In this episode of All Out As Is, I’m sharing the honest behind-the-scenes of business growth, motherhood, love, and the quiet fears that keep us from doing the very things that would bring us closer to who we want to be.If you’ve been procrastinating something that would actually make you proud of yourself… this one is for you.Listen now and ask yourself: ✨ What am I avoiding that I know would create connection? ✨ What’s the best thing that might happen if I lean in?We can do the things that scare us. They’re usually the ones that set us free. 💛I truly appreciate you tuning in and sharing your time with me! I am curious to hear all about your experience and episode take aways! You Didnt Have a Bad Day, you had a bad 15 min
I talk about how easily one moment, one comment, one thought can hijack an entire day if we let it. I’ve been there. I’ve watched a perfectly good day unravel because I gave too much power to something that didn’t deserve it. This episode isn’t about pretending things don’t hurt or forcing positivity. It’s about learning how to feel what’s real without letting it control your life. I break down why affirmations used to feel fake to me, what they actually are, and how they work to replace deeply ingrained beliefs we don’t even realize we’re carrying. I also share practical tools I use in real time, like canceling unhelpful thoughts and choosing beliefs on purpose instead of defaulting to fear or negativity. If you’ve ever felt like you spiral over small moments, replay conversations in your head, or let one hard moment define your entire day, this episode is for you. This conversation is for you if you’re ready to • Stop letting temporary moments steal your peace • Understand how your thoughts shape your reality • Learn practical mindset tools you can actually use • Feel more grounded, present, and free in your everyday life You don’t need to become someone new. You don’t need to fix yourself. You just need to give yourself permission to live fully, honestly, and all out as you are. Take a deep breath. Choose something different. And remember, the best is yet to come. If this episode resonated, share it with someone who might need it. And if you’re ready to take this deeper, check the show notes for ways we can grow together. Dance as a Safe Space for Healing Endometriosis and Mental Health
I had no idea this conversation would hit the way it did.In this episode of the All Out As Is Podcast, I’m sitting down with Rachel Ratelle, an endometriosis warrior and women’s health advocate, and we go deep into what it looks like to lose the version of yourself you thought you’d be, then rebuild your life with honesty, support, and community. We talk about invisible illness, mental health, being dismissed, learning to advocate for yourself, and why dance can be one of the safest places to heal because you get to move at your own pace.If you’ve ever felt alone in your body or your mind, this is your reminder you are not alone, and you are not a burden. 💛I truly appreciate you tuning in and sharing your time with me! I Still Get Nervous Teaching.
In this episode, I open up about nerves, confidence, mental health, and the deeper fears that still show up even after years of teaching, performing, and leading. I share the moments that shaped me — from shaking in the parking lot before class to the instant confidence that hits the moment I step onto the floor.I talk about how dance became a lifeline in the seasons where I felt lost, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself… and how healing often begins the moment we decide to “step in” anyway. If you’ve ever battled imposter syndrome, anxiety, or a quiet internal struggle no one sees, this episode is going to meet you right where you are.I truly appreciate you tuning in and sharing your time with me! A Simple Way to Build Unshakable Trust with Your Kids
Hey y’all — in this episode, I’m sharing one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve had teaching: a daddy-daughter dance that turned into something so much deeper than just steps and music. I got to witness connection, vulnerability, and real love between fathers and their daughters — and it reminded me just how powerful our words and presence can be.I talk about what it meant to watch these dads step out of their comfort zones to show up fully, how I encouraged them to affirm their daughters out loud, and how that kind of intentional love can leave a lasting imprint. I also reflect on my own journey — what I needed to hear growing up, and how healing those words can be, even now. This one’s personal. It's tender. And I hope it encourages you to speak life into the people you love. I Was Living A Double Life
Here's a little background to get a better idea of who I am.Despite being a lifelong Christian and engaging in religious practices, I found myself living a double life, struggling with self-belief and sinking into a deep depression. Even though I knew what the Bible said about me, I couldn't believe those things about myself. It led me to a point where I felt hopeless and stuck. Can you relate?I engaged in weekly Bible studies, journaling, and lots of prayer, but something was missing - a belief in myself.I couldn't speak up or believe I was worthy of love and success. Even though I inspired others, I lacked self-belief.A few years ago, I discovered a guided journal that prompted affirmations about myself, sparking a profound shift in my mindset.-----------------Have you ever found something that was life-altering and just KNEW you needed to share it?-----------------I realized that true transformation requires self-belief.-----------------I'm now excited about the future, feeling limitless and confident! -----------------And even better, I can FINALLY believe the things that my Creator has to say about me and live fully in who I was created to be!NOW I'm passionate about providing guidance, inspiration, and training to help you break through any barriers you may have.Let's work together to make this your most successful year in every area of life.I'm grateful to be in a better place now, and if my story can be a lifeline for someone else, it's worth sharing.Join me on this journey of self-healing, where hope is not lost, transformation is possible, and success is inevitable!I am choosing to hold this space for 25-30 women, intentionally keeping it intimate so that I can have the time and space to connect with each of you as you begin the new year.Reserve My Spot, Please!
