Anxiety Management Techniques We are living in an increasingly stressful world both personally and professionally. Much of the stress that we face each day is somewhat beyond our control. It is important that we have some anxiety management tools with which to combat the daily stress and anxiety that will otherwise lead to health and/or mental health problems. This session will assist the participant in learning relaxation skills that will include a number of prevention and intervention strategies that are easy to learn and powerful to use.

Children should be a vital part of every church's worship; yet many churches struggle to meaningfully engage its children. This session will include materials and practical suggestions for maximizing children's involvement.

Building a Music Ministry Team Involving other leadership is vital to healthy music and worship ministry. How do you attract people to your team? How do you keep them? This session will explore ministry team principles and will offer practical helps for building and retaining music ministry team members.

It is important to remember that church music is more about people than it is about music.

The words of our music must mean something (1) on their own, (2) to the church musician, and (3) to the congregation.

Learning to sing in parts is developmental. Choosing techniques that are sequential will help your young singers succeed as they step into part-singing.
