And out of all the books I picked up, this one really stayed with me. It grounded me when everything felt uncertain. Para sa ikalawang libro na tatalikayin ko sa aking serye na nakatuon kay Bob Ong, aking pinili ang 'Kapitan Sino'. Sapagkat ang kwento nito ay sumasalamin sa mga isyung panlipunan sa Pilipinas.Ano-ano nga ba ang mga ito? Halika't pagusapan natin.

Ang Agosto ay ating ginugunita bilang 'Buwan ng Wika'. Kaya naman sa pagkakataong ito, naisip ko na itampok ang isa sa mga sikat at kwelang manunulat sa ating bansa na si Bob Ong. Bakit nga ba tinatangkilik ang mga kwento ni Bob Ong? At ano ang naging epekto nito sa mga mambabasa at kulturang Pilipino?

I first heard about 'The Secret' during the pandemic and at that time, I was also going through a lot in my life. This book became my best friend and its my pleasure to share with you what I've learned, so that you too can overcome whatever challenge you're facing.

This book review is dedicated to all those who lost their lives during the war on drugs under former president Rodrigo Duterte.May their stories never be forgotten—at sana, balang araw, makamit din nila ang hustisyang matagal nang ipinaglalaban.Sa mga nakikinig at nanonood, inaanyayahan ko kayong samahan ako sa episode na ito, para magkaroon tayo ng isang tapat at bukas na pag-uusap tungkol sa kung ano nga ba ang tunay na nangyari sa tinatawag na “war on drugs.”

They say a star is born every second. Each one is unique but only few shine forever. For my 2nd book review, I thought of featuring a star who became well loved not only because of her unique talent but because of her genuineness. Maine Mendoza rose to fame back in 2015 through a very popular app, called ‘DubSmash’ and this made her a hit, especially amongst GenZs. But behind the glitz and glamour, there’s a girl who also has her own flaws and is trying her best to navigate through a very complicated world. Tune in as I give my honest review of her book entitled, ‘Yup, I Am That Girl’ released back in 2017.

March is 'International Womens Month' so to kickstart this season, I thought of featuring stories about women and their many contributions to our society. Sa It Ends with Us ni Colleen Hoover, makikilala natin si Lily—isang babaeng kailangang harapin ang isang mahirap na tanong: Hanggang saan ang pag-ibig, at kailan mo kailangang piliin ang sarili mo?Hindi ito simpleng love story. Isa itong paalala na minsan, ang tunay na lakas ng isang babae… ay ang tapusin ang cycle na matagal nang dapat tinapos.
