With the Fitness Model competition season, in South Africa, just about 7 weeks away I thought it just appropriate to do a short “fitness model perspective” on competing. A short checklist if you will. With my first competition way back in 2006, I was completely caught off guard and there was absolutely no-one guiding me as to what to expect. I left pizza for a full week and thought I was going to die! To my greatest surprise you can imagine how shocked I was to hear that some ladies have only been eating broccoli, fish and bland chicken for 6 months!!!! Needless to say I completely misunderstood a fitness competition for a modelling competition. TWO DIFFERENT WORLDS!!!! TAN+DIET+A HELL OF ALLOT OF TRAINING+SMALL MINUTE BIKINIS+8 INCH HEELS+PEOPLE DISCUSSING YOUR EVERY LITTLE HUMP AND BUMP= FUN FITNESS COMPS!!! And I love it!!!!!
