Welcome back to another episode of ASY with your fav, Nabeel Nicholas. So I guess the question is, what is motherhood and how does that look? I guess you will have to listen/watch to find out. In this episode my good friend Jeanne and I discuss the journey of early motherhood and her path in that. Jeanne is a 25 year old young woman who has a beautiful one year old baby girl, she studied Chemistry and is currently furthering her studies. We really dived into the challenges and the beautiful moments Jeanne has endured in her motherhood journey. We have conversations about postpartum depression to how Jeanne navigated through that. Mothers go through so many changes regarding their bodies, their emotions, their overall well being and certainly their lives changing in a way they could not expect. Jeanne walks us through her path in all of that. This was a very important conversation and I think all of us can learn from my beautiful friend's journey. If you are thinking about motherhood or expecting I definitely think this would be an important conversation to listen to.  Many of us really rely on our mothers for a lot and this conversation really reminded me of the sacrifices my mom and mother figures in my life have made for me and others. I hope we can all take a moment to appreciate the beautiful moms out there as they are a pillar in our communities.
