Jennifer Zach is Chief Marketing Officer for the technology-driven MentorAPM and has been an invaluable member of the ALN Board of Directors. As part of MentorAPM’s continual advancement of the Asset Management industry, the company has recently released Asset Lens an AI assisted asset assessment tool that allows anyone to take pictures of asset inventories and assets tags to quickly fill out an asset register and gain initial assessments. This development, as the MentorAPM slogan says, “Kicks Asset Management.”

Roger Grant, Vice President, Building Technology with the National Institute of Building Sciences, has focused on developing and delivering information products and services to support design, construction and management of the built environment for more than 30 years. As a member of AEC industry associations, Mr. Grant is extensively involved in technology and standards development nationally and internationally. He has been involved in many ALN events and sees the role Asset Management Governance has in guiding the use of Digital Twins and Building Information Models.
