What a fun episode, with Sven joining me from sunny Majorca!  Sven joined the MD Medicus team in 2002 back when they were a team of 20, based from the same office in Germany. He now personally leads a team of 35+ within a 400-strong business! Sven oversees the 24/7 operations team which encompasses emergency calls, medical evacuation and the claims side of the business. He is also responsible for maintaining relationships with external partners such as the ground and air ambulance teams, along with representing MD Medicus at global healthcare and insurance conferences! So, he's a busy guy to say the least! This is a great episode for listeners looking for insight into the assistance world, with Sven sharing his day-to-day within this fast-paced industry!
