Awaken Nation is a ministry formed by Leeland, a modern worship band from Baytown, TX. They have been nominated for four Grammy Awards — one for each of their previously released albums — and are led by Leeland Mooring with brother Jack Mooring on keys, their younger sister Shelly on bass, along with close friend Mike Smith on drums and recent addition Casey Moore on lead guitar. They've toured and led worship all over the world for seven years and have a heart to see a true spiritual awakening in America and the ends of the earth.They've all grown up around revival and spirit-led environments. Leeland and Jack can remember as boys being down at every altar call and, as their Texan Momma puts it, "having more hands laid on them than a football!"
