He said it was consensual. Jenni Hermoso said it was not. Local and Global outrage unfolded and finally 3 weeks after the final ( in the day we planned to record this episode) the Spanish federation issued an apology to all its shareholders and fired the victorious Spanish Coach, The President is still refusing to resign and as of today ( one day after recording) Jenni has filed a complaint against him for Sexual assault. Points covered: Why we need to talk about this and not ignore it How do we use this public and now global situation to increase dialogue within our teams on personal space and appropriate touching in celebration settings What to do when your boundaries are crossed. Thank you for joining us today. If you would like to increase your skills and confidence in working with teams, check out the next course Corina runs that start in October. The Art of Facilitation Online  International Course Please reach out if you would like some help with your bad work story. You can contact us at [email protected] or head on over to www.Badworkstoriesmadegood.com All feedback or a review is welcomed.
