Trauma-informed care helps create a safe and supportive environment where survivors feel seen, validated, and empowered to heal at their own pace. By acknowledging how trauma affects trust, boundaries, and coping mechanisms, practitioners can tailor interventions that foster resilience, restore autonomy, and promote holistic recovery rather than retraumatization.Home - Dr Carol Ministries
