Ron will be joining us at our &be: rested experience where he will be leading us in the practice of Qigong.Ron talks about how he got into the world of wellbeing and how Qigong helped him through some very tough times with his own health. This chat is really insightful about the things that we can all explore to help us with us with our health including cold bathing!

    In this week's episode we're turning our attention to Christmas. With weeks to go until the day itself we talk about the pressure that can be built up around gift giving, who you are going to spend Christmas with and how you make it special.We share some of our own strategies, including Jodie's new strategy this year of buying and wrapping presents before the end of November...the question is did she do it!Christmas can be magical and stressful so our main message to you all is to set some boundaries so that you can do the things that you want to do this festive season.

    Exploring Creativity

    In this episode we talk about creativity and its impact on our wellbeing.We spend some time reflecting on a recent jewellery workshop went on and how even though we were creating the same thing, they ended up being very different!This episode explores how creativity is in all of us in different ways. It's all about finding the way that allows you to express it, whether its through art, music, cooking or gardening. Once you find what helps you, you will create space in your mind and be able to be in flow.
