I used the Alkaline Water Machine today for my alkaline water. However, I changed the setting to 3.5 in Acidity. In doing this, the acidic water acts as an astringent and is wonderful for hair, skin and cleansing. So, I cleaned up after my P90X workout with the acidic water. Result?.... My hair feels great, and light. I did not have to use moisturizer today either, my skin feels clean and hydrated without the creams. I also washed my vital areas and feel a lot fresher than otherwise. I started P90X again and love it. Though its been a while and my fitness level is not where it should be over the past 3 years, I am looking forward to the series and what it has done for me before. Awesome day!
