Thabang or well known as Iam Curtis is an 18 year old up coming Dj born and raised in the beautiful city of roses, Bloemfontein in the Free State. Curtis' love for House music started roughly in 2010 as he was a huge fan of Hip Hop music before that. He was introduced to the House Music scene by his brother, Vincent Matsosa well known around Bloemfontein as Vindeep. "House Music is my daily bread! I cannot go a day without House Music, House Music has changed me, House Music has made me a better person! I thank my brother for introducing me to this genre of music" says Curtis. Roughly in 2013 Curtis joined a movement called 'I Love S.A House Music' which is still currently going strong! I Love S.A House Music is a movement which gives platform to upcoming South African House Dj's and House producers, till today, the movement is still about that but now also caters for events as in marketing and even organizing/hosting events. "When I started listening to House Music, my favorite Dj/Producer was Nastee Nev, till today he's still my favorite! He is forever consistent, although I do have other running up favorite Dj's/Producers that i love and whom inspire me a lot in this industry such as: Dj Shimza, Black Coffee, Vinny Da Vinci and a whole lot more!"
