Megan Rucker is a senior women's soccer player at LMU. She is majoring in environmental studies and has a great interest in a sustainable future. We walk through her pre-game routine and her competitive nature. We also discuss her recruiting process and things advice she would give to her younger self.

Daalen Adderley is a graduate baseball player from Nassau, Bahamas. We discuss his long journey to Los Angeles and everything he has been through to get to where he is today. Riley Lewis is a senior golfer at LMU. He recently just broke a professional course record and is leading the men's golf team to a dream start for the 23-24 season. We discussed his ventures within NIL and how he is using his golf shot to profit on and off the course. We also touch on some of Riley's routines and how he approaches the game of golf.

Cassie Chin and Madi Firnett are on the LMU beach volleyball team. We discuss their beach volleyball journeys to LA and their success as a program competing at the national level. We also touch on the importance of the mental side of athletic performance whilst eliminating distractions.
