Ep159 - Black Uber Matters, Chicago/Cleveland reach historic World Series Game 7, Vote! MF! Vote!
Surprise surprise! A new study shows that Uber and Lyft are both "quietly" discriminating against Black riders, and taking the "share" out of share-riding. If you're a baseball fan you couldn't ask for more drama as the Cubs and Cleveland head into a do-or-die game 7 tonight. Let's hope they do, not die! And lastly, we encourage all you MF's to VOTE VOTE VOTE! Literally 3 times if you can! This plus Black Pedro performs domestic violence against his iPhone. No one should miss this!

Ep157 - Popeye's over KFC, George Zimmerman walks again, Mike Pence suppresses Indiana voters and NC GOP HQ gets firebombed!
Today, in our Muthafucka Say What? segment, the #BWYM gang discusses the way NOT to woo Black voters, and we hope Senatorial candidate Jon Girodes of NY's 30th District in Harlem is listening. We also chat about another baffling jail sentence regarding the use of handguns that's been handed down in Florida and we ponder aloud about when George Zimmerman will finally GET HIS. We talk voter suppression in Indiana at the hands of Mike Pence's leadership, and the firebombing of a North Carolina GOP headquarters. OH, and the fact that Democrats immediately set up a GoFundMe page to help them rebuild. Because Dems get that being psychotic is not cool.

Ep155 - Debate? What Debate?, Rena-Marie Handles Trump Supporting Relative, CGW: Ohio Man Takes It On The Chin
While we had many topics on the list today, the debate ate up most of our time and patience. The #BWYM team discusses the ridiculous nature of Trump's behavior during this election, as well as the debate, and the pending ramifications of his incessant "pot stirring." This leads Rena-Marie to reveal an on-line exchange she had with a lesser informed member of her family. Spoiler alert: nobody beats THE HYPHEN!!! We did have time for some "Cops Gone Wild" as we look at footage of an Ohio man as his chin is used to crack a car windshield. Hey, at least he lived right? Wrong! This plus the return of "Donkey Time!" for your viewing pleasure. No need to thank us…money will suffice!

Ep154 - CGW...AF: Terence Crutcher and Keith Lamont Scott Dead After Encounters With Police, Tamir Rice Gazebo To Be Preserved, Elizabeth Warren Gives It To Wells Fargo CEO
This has been a rough week in which we've seen two Black men die at the hands of police under questionable circumstances, and the communities of Tulsa, Charlotte, and the nation as a whole are angry and looking for answers. The #BWYM team is wondering when is this going to stop, and like many of you, we've reached our limit! Something positive can come from these senseless deaths as the gazebo where Tamir Rice, a young boy shot by Cleveland police, lost his life is being preserved and moved to Chicago for safe keeping. Hopefully it can serve as a reminder of the severity and frequency of police violence and abuse in our country. One person who is reminding us all of this country's problems is Ms. Elizabeth "Go Get 'Em" Warren who served the Wells Fargo CEO, John Stumpf, with a some overdraft fees in the form of a verbal foot in his ass. You have to watch this video clip! Amazeballs! That plus our usual small talk make for one helluva show! You're welcome…

Ep151 - Cam Newton Is No Kaepernick, The Star Spangled Banner "Slavery Verse", and Trump Gets Slap On Wrist For Bribery
Picking up on our banter from last episode, we give an update to the Kaepernick/National Anthem issue. First of all, we analyze the LEAST important thing that a prominent Black athlete has ever said politically as we look at Cam Newton's cop-out response to the protest. Stick to dabbing dogg!!! This also leads us into a discussion about the third stanza of our national anthem…you know, the one about killing slaves who run towards freedom? Yeah, it's our favorite verse too! And you know we can't get through the day without some Trump-hate, as Rena-Marie highlights an egregious violation of our legal system that allowed the Don to bribe a state AG, get caught, and pay a minimal fine. WTF 'Murica? Can we get some regulation in the house?!? This plus some fill-ins on TNS' backyard and the college football opening weekend on #BWYM 151! Drink responsibly!

Ep150 - Kaepernick vs "Patriots", Donald Trump vas a viajar a Mexico...Por que????!?
Team #BWYM goes, in-depth, into Colin Kaepernick's protest and subsequent responses from various demographics. There is a history of Black athletes, in particular, using their power to shed light where there is darkness. Is the SF QB following in those footsteps, or disrespecting 'Murica? What WILL probably end up being disrespectful will be Trump's visit to Mexico. You know, the place that he wants to wall-off from the rest of North America? Sounds like fun in the sun…as if he needs more tan! Come laugh at this crazy world with us!

We also find about how Justin feels about Donald Trump. Finally, we put in our 2 cents relating to the 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick protest.

Ep148 - Catching Up On The Week, A Laquan McDonald/CPD Update, Trump Offers Black People A Sweet Deal, and Ryan Lochte Makes The "Die Soon" List
This week team #BWYM catches up on their weekend as Mad Mike offers up some helpful tips when starting that sodding project you've been looking forward to. We give an update on the Laquan McDonald case as Chicago PD pursue the firing of seven officers for providing false information. Do we still wonder why the community is upset? Speaking of upset, Donald Trump is just that with the Black community. He can't seem to figure out what they have to lose by voting for him. While there may be many problems in the community, in voting for Trump, Blacks will have only one thing to lose...THEIR MINDS!!! We also get into an interesting discussion about labor movements on a global scale and how they effect American workers. We also discuss how Americans, especially stupid ones, effect our global reputation. Yes, we are talking about Ryan Lochte and how white privilege can allow him to be defined as a 32 year old "kid!" Speedo withdrew their support...shouldn't we all?!? This plus laughs, laughs, laughs on this week's #BWYM. Drink up!

Ep145 - Black Pedro Says "Fuck HRC!", White Privilege in The Stanford Rape Case, Zika Ruining the 2016 Olympics
In addition to touching on today's headlines, the #BWYM team gets real from the jump as Black Pedro is out here yelling "fuck Hillary!" But give him a minute, this "fuck you" is for the benefit of us all. If there has ever been an example of white privilege, it can be found in the judge's sentencing of former Stanford swimmer Brock Turner. While we fight for #blacklivesmatter, maybe we need to take up a #womenlivesmatter too. And it is finally that time when the world's athletes come together to battle against a viral epidemic. Wait what? The Zika virus is on its way to ruining this summer's Olympics in Brazil as top athletes are weighing the risks of possible infection against a lifelong dream. This plus a "Mutha FUcka Say What" that will make you say "Mutha FUcka Say What!?" Be sure to follow us on YouTube now!

Ep143 - Does Wayne Brady Have to Choke Bill Maher, California Pushes For Tougher Gun Laws, Vape Pens Go Boom
This week we touch on what it means to be Black as Wayne Brady challenges Bill Maher to a pugilistic duel (sort of) as a result of Maher's constant criticism of Brady's "blackness." If they do fight, it may be harder for either of them to get their hands on bullets here in California as a new set of gun control measures are up for a vote in the state house. Don't worry, you'll still have your second amendment, you just be limited to shooting 10 people instead of 11. What may seem like karma coming back for all the maple syrup vapor being spewed into our atmosphere, a man finds himself missing teeth with a hole in his tongue after his vape pen exploded in his mouth. Turns out this is not an isolated incident, which gives another reason to ask, "why is anybody doing this shit?" These stories plus the latest blurbs "In The News" here on Ep. 143 of #BWYM!

Ep142 - America’s Top 10 Job-Killing Companies, Detroit Public Schools Vendor Scandal Hits Home For Black Pedro, and The Dark Underbelly of the Modeling Industry.
In this episode, the #BWYM team sits down to discuss the topics of the day, which includes the following headlines: America’s Top 10 Job-Killing Companies, Detroit Public Schools Vendor Scandal Hits Home For Black Pedro, and The Dark Underbelly of the Modeling Industry. We've created a NEW format for the show. We are now producing a 1 hour and 30 minute show. Ep141 - A Prince Update, CGW: The Nude Pic Judge & Walter Scott Shooting Update, The Gap Band: Explaining Educational Challenges For Men Of Color, MFSW: Racist To The Grave
We knew that it would only be a matter of time before details, rumors and straight up conspiracies would begin to flood the internet regarding the mysterious and untimely death of Prince. What killed him? Drugs, murder, Arsenio Hall??? We don't get to the bottom of it, but we're all up in the middle! This week's "Cops Gone Wild" we have a double header featuring an Arkansas judge caught with thousands of nude photos of male defendants as well as an update regarding charges against the officer who murdered Walter Scott in Charleston, SC last year. Can we find a better way to keep freaks and murderers out of positions of power? We talk education often, in particular, about public schools, and this week a great article on NPR.com provides some perspective into the complex conditions that contribute to the achievement gap among men of color specifically. The problem kids aren't the problem…their problems are. And for a story that makes us asks, "Mutha Fucka Say What?," we look at a cemetery in Texas (surprise) that recently tried to enforce a "whites only" policy in denying burial to a widow's husband. Racist to the grave!!! All this plus "Donkey Time!" Now click on this!!!

Ep140 - The Biggest Losers Gaining Greater, Sickout Shuts Down DPS, MFSW:Iced Latte Lottery At Starbucks, Something's In The Water: 2nd Person Dead In Flint Water Investigation, CGW: Re: Racism In LA Sheriff Dept., Wilmore's Farewell To Our POTUS
This week's #BWYM installment takes a look at the human body's baffling response to massive weight loss, as shocking results from winners of the reality hit "The Biggest Loser" provide scientists with insight regarding metabolism. Your body wants cake!!! Detroit teachers are sending a message to the powers that be by shutting down 94 schools with a city wide "sickout" in response to reports that the system is out of money and won't be able to pay teachers come June. Maybe the teachers can earn money by suing Starbucks for too much ice in their drinks like a Northern Illinois woman. I've heard of $5 million dollars for ice…but it shouldn't melt! ANOTHER person connected to the investigation and initial court case in the Flint water scandal is DEAD. The water isn't the only thing that stinks in that town. The LA Sheriff's department discovered a stinker in their midst (you know, 'cause there's just the one) after racist emails were exposed, highlighting yet another example of those in power policing the very people they are discriminating against on-line. And last, but certainly not least, we touch on the final White House Correspondents Dinner of President Obama's tenure and the controversial set by Larry Wilmore. We all want to keep it "100," but did he go too far? Be sure to hit us up on line, #BWYM, to keep the conversations going after the show! Now gather 'round kids…we've got a story to tell.

Also on the show, in another installment of "Cops Gone Wild," this week we recap the Tamir Rice settlement. Also, on a recent episode of CNN's Smerconish, Michael Smerconish sits down with a panel of voters, who implied they are voting for Trump in the primary, but voting for someone else in the general. It's an interesting situation to say the least. Finally, we close the show on another installment of "Mutha Fucka Say What," It's all about Flint Water Crisis and this time, one of the plaintiffs is found shot dead. Is there a conspiracy?

Ep137 - Mike's Democratic Conundrum, The Clooney Dinner, MFSW/CGW: The Oddest Couple
Episode 137 of #BWYM picks up with a "hangover" from Friday in which Mike begins to question the framework of the Democratic Party and if he still fits within it in the light of the popularity of Bernie Sanders' leftist movement. Do we need more party options, and what would that landscape look like? Money in politics is a big issue this cycle, and the team discusses the latest dinner hosted by George Clooney in which attendees paid more than $300,000 per plate. Talk about finger licking good! What is this money being raised for? And why do we need so much? We are offering a 2 for 1 special on our "Mutha Fucka Say What" and "Cops Gone Wild Segments" today with a story that is just, unjust, heart warming and infuriating at the same damn time! Plus an interesting smoker's tale and some Steph Curry analysis as the NBA playoffs begin.

Ep132 - Sanders And Cruz Dancin' in Wiscansin, Bernie's Crystal Ball vs Not Knowing At All, Plus Size??? Who Me?, The $15 Update
The latest #BWYM has Black Pedro ecstatic coming off of ANOTHER Bernie Sanders victory, only to have his bubble burst when Rena-Marie and Mike remind him that Bernie doesn't know ANYTHING! Well, not really. But, they do bring up Bernie's interview with the New York Daily News Editorial Board, which has him on the hot seat right now, and they DO question whether Bernie was 100% right with his Panama Papers predictions. People in Wisconsin still felt the Bern...but what do they know!? We also discuss the bitter sweet Cruz victory. Is he the ONLY answer to Trump the GOP can come up with? Amy Schumer is up in arms over her inclusion in Glamour Magazine's "plus-size" celebrity list. Truth hurts...but it also raises questions about the "standards" that we place on women, and why we still use labels like this at all. Lastly, a quick update on the status of the proposed $15/hr minimum wage hike here in California. This, plus the usual small talk as the #BWYM train keeps chugging down the tracks.

Ep131 - MFSW x 2: "SIRI I've Been Raped!" & "Jeep Takes Out Navy Fighter Jet," Bernie Wins Nevada?, The Panama Papers, CGW: Training For Autism, SCOTUS Slaps Down Voter Redistricting In Texas
Welcome fellow BWYMers! Episode 131 starts with a double dose of "Mutha Fucka Say What!?" as we discuss Apple's update on SIRI's emergency responses, plus a rogue jeep that takes out a navy jet. Stop tailgating bro!!! It seems, much to our confusion, that Bernie Sanders has won Nevada after all. Trying to understand the multi-tiered process of state caucus vs. county conventions vs. state convention is exhausting…and we still don't get it! We also get into a juicy story that involves world leaders, offshore accounts and billions of dollars, and Panama is at the center of it. Our nation's cops are considering training to deal with autistic individuals properly. We also predict a foreseeable outbreak of autism in the hood! Lastly, SCOTUS slaps down the latest conservative attempt to manipulate election results through voter redistricting. They were outside the lines on this one, and Ruth Bader-Ginsberg lets them know it!

Ep129 - Trump Troubles, MFSW: Black Privilege???, CGW: No Charges In Minneapolis, Cali Raising Minimum Wage
Team BWYM discusses some of the latest troubles in Donald Trump's camp. While people are calling for him to fire one of his staffers, another has quit, but not without writing a revealing open letter detailing her reasons for leaving. The latest installment of "Mutha Fucka Say What" has the team baffled as the concept of "Black privilege" is surfacing among some (insane) conservative circles. We also have a "Cops Gone Wild" story that isn't clear cut, leaving many questions unanswered and a Minneapolis community on the verge of protest against the decision not to indict the officers involved. And lastly, we discuss the proposed hike in California's minimum wage. Fifteen dollars an hour is on the horizon for many of the state's workers…might be time for us to get a job!

Ep128 - Birdie Sanders' Weekend Sweep, Fidel Rejects Obama And The Empire, GA/NC "Religious Freedoms" Under Attack…Thank God, CGW: Sandra Bland Arresting Officer Charged with today's guest, comedian Chinedu Unaka
Episode 128 of #BWYM brings a guest to the studio in the form of the very funny and intelligent comedian, Chinedu Unaka. The LA native sits down with Mike, Rena-Marie and Black Pedro as we first take a look at this past weekend's primary results. Bernie swept, but the media is still Hillary heavy...Black Pedro is pissed! We also take a look at Fidel Castro's reaction to President Obama's recent Cuba visit. Listening to Fidel, you'd think we had beef with Cuba or something…what's gotten into him?!? Lastly, an update on the sad story behind the death of Sandra Bland last year. The officer who (wrongfully) arrested her is finally being charged, but the group questions whether this is enough. Can justice be found at all? All this, and you can watch us on video now too! You're welcome!

Great news, Detroit promises to offer free tuition to community college for all. We have another installment of "Mutha Fucka Say What," Michelle Bachman says "God Punished Obama For Cuba Visit With Brussels Attack." Finally, we say rest in peace to comedian legend, Gary Shandling.
-
126
Ep126 - Terror Sprouts In Brussels, Western Tuesday, Health Care Nightmare, The Tribe Loses A Member
Today the #BWYM team tackles the recent bombings in Brussels and the effects it will have on the global opinion and treatment of Muslims. There are (at least) two sides to every story, we like to talk about all of them. On the heels of another round of primaries, this time in western states, Black Pedro expresses frustrations about main stream media's coverage of Bernie's successes as marginal accomplishments. We all take the time to bash anyone supporting Trump, but also debate the idea that Ted Cruz might be worse. What is 'Murica to do??!? Mike and Rena-Marie share a mind-blowing case of medical malpractice that hits close to home, and will make you want to double/triple/quadruple check with your doctor before they put you under. Lastly, a heart-felt and sad goodbye to one of Hip-Hops legends. Gone too soon, but never to be forgotten.

Today, on #BWYM, the team discusses a variety of different topics, including President Obama's trip to Cuba, and we are not talking Gooding Jr.'s house. Also, 10 things to hate about the rich. We could find more, but due to time, we will just focus on 10 things. Mike brings up a story featured on the most recent episode of VICE on HBO. It's all about assisted suicide and it's live. Finally, we have another installment of "Mutha Fucka Say What?," this time, it's about a racist attacker who claims to be allergic to black people.

Ep123 - Super Tuesday Part Third, POTUS Announces SCOTUS Nominee, Doing 15 Up North...Korea
Today on #BWYM, the team discusses last nights primary election, otherwise known as Super Super Super Tuesday or Super Tuesday Part Third. What an election season this is and boy do we hope this ends on a positive note, but by the looks of things Donald Trump the maniac continues to win states. Also, President Obama announced today his choice for the Supreme Court. Now, the ball is in the Republicans court. Let's see if they continue to obstruct the process. Finally, we discuss the 21 year old American student who stupidly decided to go to North Korea and somehow found his way to jail and a 15 year sentence to hard labor. America, DON'T VISIT HOSTILE COUNTRIES IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU. You just might get imprisoned for 15 years. What a dummy.

Ep122 - Meet The Wachowski Sisters, Attack Of The Plastic Eater, Berners and Trumpers Thump, Snap Crackle Piss: Who Put The Pee in Rice Cris-PY
The 122nd installment of the American classic that is BWYM, starts with a cliffhanger from our last show. Remember the brothers that directed The Matrix Trilogy? Well, they are not brothers any more…we'll explain. Japanese scientist may have found a solution for the global plastic crisis with the discovery of a bacterium's possible ability to breakdown the everlasting product. We also discuss the growing violence at Trump events, as those who support Bernie Sanders and other causes are beginning to push back against the aggressive and often physical actions that Trumpers display towards those who disagree with them. What does this mean going forward? Are we headed towards a violent clash on a larger scale? While we have yet to see what may come of this, what we do know is that somebody peed in your cereal, and video taped themselves doing it…two years ago! Ok, maybe it wasn't you…but somebody ate the those Rice Cris-pee Treats!

Ep120 - Super Tuesday 2 Results, DNC Debate In The Sunshine State, Boston Public: Massive BPS Student Walkout, 2 SCOTUS Candidates Drop From Consideration
Following last night's primary results in Michigan, Mississippi, and Idaho, team #BWYM analyzes the results on both side and what they could mean for the primaries moving forward. We also wonder WHY DONALD TRUMP IS STILL LEADING??? WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE!? Sorry…we then move into a preview of tonight's DNC debate in the all important state of Florida. We are all looking forward to a substantive debate in which the two candidates continue to respectfully separate themselves politically for the sake of democratic voters. Sounds like the students of Boston's public school system are tired of the conditions and mismanagement of their schools, as are many around the nation, and have taken their gripe to the streets to seek the change they need. Lastly, a quick highlight of a couple of quality candidates who withdrew from SCOTUS nomination considerations. Who is next on President Obama's list and how does this affect the open seat overall? Let's talk it out! #BWYM or bust!
-
119
Ep119 - The Debate Debate!
The latest installment of BWYM was meant to be a continuation of a comparison between the two democratic candidate's website's, however, on the heels of the latest debate in Michigan we found ourselves debating who one. That lead to some comparisons on the issues discussed during the debate, which eventually lead us to the 1994 crime bill…which got everybody to yelling! This is one of those BWYMs you don't want to miss! So don't!

Ep118 - It's time to break them both down: Hillary vs. Bernie.
On Monday and Wednesday of this week, the #BWYM crew attempted to break down Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders agendas. All we have to say is there is a lot of information. After doing our best to identify with each candidate, now it's time to compare and contrasts. Don't worry, we don't get crazy.

Ep116 - HILLARY!!!!!
As promised, episode 116 of BWYM kicks off a week of investigation and analysis of the two Democratic Presidential candidates. We flipped a coin, and it came up heads for Hillary, so we are starting by going through her website and discussing some of the more prominent issues. This is meant to be an unbiased, straightforward research endeavor that allows the BWYM team and our listeners to gain a deeper understanding of Hillary and her plans for 'Murica. Full disclaimer…we hope Trump dies soon, but other than that, completely unbiased. Featured Links www.hillaryclinton.com

Ep115 - Rubio/Cruz Give Lumps To Trump, Treasury Department Weighs In On Obama's Economy, Mizzou Professor Fired For Muscling Press, Cheryl Tiegs Makes Plus Sized Fuck Up, Don Cheadle Need White People
The latest installment of BWYM features a recap of the ass whooping that Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz put on Donald Trump at the 10th GOP debate. They finally hit Don with facts and accusations that were hard for him to refute. The only problem, it was Rubio and Cruz…both of whom might be worse candidates than Trump! For those who still reject the notion that President Obama hasn't worked wonders for our economy since he came into office, we have word from a little group called THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT that you might want to consider. The University Of Missouri fired professor Melissa Click for her attempted actions to prevent journalists from covering racially charged protests that occurred last year. Video of the incident went viral, and thus goes her job. Somebody who needs to quit is former model Cheryl Tiegs as she chimes in (unnecessarily) about Sports Illustrated's use of plus-sized model Ashley Graham on it's most recent swimsuit issue. And she tried to use Dr. Oz to back her up?!? Witch please!!! Lastly, we discuss yet another hurdle that filmmakers must face when trying to get Black movies made, as Don Cheadle speaks out about the challenges he faced in financing his new Miles Davis biopic, "Miles Ahead." While the #OscarsSoWhite is true, the problem obviously goes much deeper. That's episode 115 of BWYM in a nutshell…now crack it, you nut!

Ep114 - Nevada Goes To Trump, Bernie/Hillary Town Hall Again, Petition For Snyder Recall Approved, Pookie Howser MD Arrested
What's going on America? This is the question that the BWYM team is asking on the heels of another Donald Trump caucus victory. We are trying to breathe easy and keep things in perspective, but also recognize that it might be time to shit our pants. Bernie and Hillary held another town hall in which the citizens of South Carolina tried to test everyone's stamina by asking the longest, most drawn out questions in the history of the question mark. But we made it through, 'Murica, we made it through. Hopefully we are one step closer to the removal/arrest of Michigan Governor Rick Snyder with the recent approval of a petition against him. It is now up to the people to gather the signatures needed to push the measure forward…WHERE DO WE SIGN??? Ending on a funny story, we give a few reasons why you should never go see an 18 year old doctor. The first being that he might not be a doctor! This and more on the 114th installment of BWYM. The pleasure is all ours!

Finally, it's gets a little heated around the conversation regarding breaking up of big banks. Mike want to see a simulation. Is that to hard to ask for?

Ep110 - Bernie/Trump Runaway In New Hampshire, Michigan Law Makers Gone Wild, MFSW: Joss Stone Wins Album Of The Year…For Reggae???
Following the previous day's New Hampshire primary election, the BWYM team discusses the results as Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump are both able to achieve sizable victories. What does it mean for Hillary? Will the republican field narrow after last night's results. Is JEB really back in it? Really??? Moving on to Black Pedro's home state, the team highlights some the the recent laws being pushed through Michigan's legislature, and guess what, they have NOTHING to do with fixing Flint!!! Die soon, Rick Snyder, die soon!
