Friendship Boundaries & Burnouts
A true friend supports your growth, respects your boundaries, shows up (emotionally and physically), celebrates your wins without competition, and accepts you even when you're not the best. I struggle with friendships, whether it be communicating or trying to get out of something because I actually just don't want to go but don't want to upset anyone. You know... the usual stuff. Matching Vibes
Does anyone else match the general vibe of other people? Customer service people I'm looking at you. It's hard to be at the front of a coffee shop being a chameleon to everyone's vibes and energies.
