Body Lust
by Nicole Austin
This is the podcast where we discuss life, in all its glory and misfortunes. We will talk about love, money, personal development, and sip a little tea every now and again. A little about me:I have been a life coach since 2016, specializing in helping my clients overcome common mental disorders like, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, mania, overthinking, narcissism, PTSD, and avoidant behavior. One thing most of my clients had in common was more unfortunate than the issues they were facing - they were in therapy due to how others treated them. When the pandemic hit the U.S. in spring 2020, I decided to put my Masters of Art in English Literature to go use. I wrote my first book entitled, "Life Sucks, Get Over It", which is currently available for sale on my website. This publication was designed to help readers tangibly recognize areas of improvement in their lives, to inevitably become a better them. In 2021, I embarked on my real estate journey, and earned over $200,000 by

Ep. 13 - Kevin Samuels lied to you : compromised integrity
While I do not agree with the rejoicing in Kevin Samuel's passing, we must understand that even in death, people will be treated as they lived. After he passed, some tidbits were released about him, which displaced a lot of irony an hypocrisy in his message. On today's episode, I use him as an example of how to actually be "high value".
