    Androids & Fizzy Drinks

A new study suggests sugary fruit juices and fizzy drinks may be linked to a higher likelihood of strokes. The findings, from global research studies by University of Galway and McMaster University Canada, found that both fizzy ‘soda pop’ beverages, either with sugar or artificially sweetened, increase stroke risk by 22%, and fruit juices by 37%. And bad news for coffee lovers, too: It was also found that drinking more than 4 cups of per day also appears to increase stroke risk. The good news is that those who enjoy sparkling water can sip easy, since this study refers specifically to sugary drinks.According to a survey, using an Android phone could be impacting your dating life. In a summer poll of 1,000 anonymous phone users by All About Cookies, 22% of iPhone users admitted they look down on those sending non-iMessage texts, and nearly 23% of iPhone users said finding out a potential romantic interest is an Android user would be a total dealbreaker. 31% of men said they’d swipe left on an Android user, while 16% of women felt the same. The study of 3,000 adults in the UK found that almost a third (29%) actively try to avoid anything to do with numbers and data. It contains lots of amenities, including campgrounds, disc golf course, equestrian facilities, archery range, off-leash dog park, bicycle/jogging roadway, nature trails, exercise trails, ball fields, an event pavilion, picnic pavilions, playground, and swimming lakes1. We were surprised at how many trails were actually within the park.2. The park had an RV/Camping area, that we remembered we almost stayed there when we first came out to live in Florida but there were no vacancies.Lessons LearnedQuality was bad. Have both cameras in the same mode or when downloading it would only allow the majority of filming in the lessor quality. So Jason had his phone set on 1080p and therefore our final video had to be in 1080p which made playback on a tv screen really blurry. It was a lesson learned to have both cameras set the same.I had bought a camera holder for my bike, however the arm was too short. Every time I would try and get on and off the bike, it would hit the camera. It also had to be tilted in a way that I really couldn’t see what I was filming. It was our first time videoing while riding bikes. I was overly concerned about the camera falling off. I felt like I couldn’t ride the bike, how I would normally ride. The shots look like I can’t ride a bike lol. When in fact Jason and I have done serious bike trials in the past.4. This adventure takes a lot of time to set up because you have to pack more things before you can go, similar to the kayak adventures.Fun Facts-Turkey Creek Kayak AdventureHere are some fun facts about Turkey Creek Sanctuary in Palm Bay, Florida:Wildlife: The sanctuary is home to many species of native Florida wildlife, including manatees, alligators, gopher tortoises, and bobcats. Birds: The sanctuary is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail, and is a major stopover for migratory birds like ospreys, owls, woodpeckers, and purple martins. Creek: Turkey Creek is a major tributary of the Indian River Lagoon. The creek is brackish, with a natural brown color from tannins in oak leaves. Sand dunes: The sanctuary is built on a small section of an ancient Atlantic Ocean dune that may be over 2,000 years old. Boardwalk: The sanctuary has a 1.85-mile boardwalk that winds through the sanctuary's wet and moist hammocks, and sand pine scrub communities. Kayaking Turkey CreekWe were surprised at how beautiful it was but also how creepy it made us feel. The further you went down the more dense foliage and canopy coverage the more isolated we felt. There was a lot of big fish popping out of the water. Jason later found out that is was bass fish. There was one point where the kayak rolled over onto something very large underwater that popped up around us in the footage.Lessons LearnedLearning the area a little better before we Kayak down the river lol, we got lost a couple times. Also read more reviews looking for issues with kayaking in general. Some of the areas had lots of fallen trees in the water causing issues of getting the kayak stuck.I think people take for granted when you are watching video and what it takes for people to work together to make the video. Working together requires, listening and problem solving all while you are filming. I didn’t realize how much comes into play. Having a really good idea of what you are filming, who, what, when and where. We are learning how to tell a story.Close Call on the Trail: A Biking Adventure Nearly Gone Wrong

Instead of one big betrayal, sometimes just growing apart and losing your romantic feelings can end a marriage. “There’s this overarching feeling of distance that happens over time,” states clinical psychologist Elizabeth Cohen, PhD,I believe love is a choice and it is one that you make everyday. What are your thoughts about falling out of love? Why is love a choice?Love is a choice and a decision because your actions determine if it lives on or ends. You are in control of how you act in your relationships and how much you push past conflict and challenges. When you decide to work on communication, trust, intimacy, or emotional security, you’re choosing love. What about hormones? If love is driven in part by biology, it may seem like something beyond your control that will continue indefinitely. But, while hormones can sweep you up in the early days of love, Elizabeth Earnshaw, a licensed marriage and family therapist from Philadelphia, explains that lasting love requires conscious decision-making.Hormones may continue making you feel sexually attracted to your partner, for example, but that’s different than love.“As your relationship grows, your hormones will no longer be the driver of the feelings,” she says. “This means you need to be the driver of the feelings. You do this by actively choosing to be a loving partner.”

The London Underground is one of the oldest metro systems in the world, opening in 1863. When the Central Line Railway opened in 1900, it was called the Twopenny Tube, referencing the price of a ticket. The nickname has stuck ever since!A Transport for London spokesperson has since stated that the actions in the video in question was dangerous to both passengers and the cleaners involved. They said: "Our cleaning schedule for Tube trains consists of two different levels of cleaning: pre-service cleans (daily), and a deep clean of the interior and exterior of the train around every 28 days.“All floors and surfaces are cleaned daily on every train as part of the pre-service clean. Seats are inspected and cleaned as required during this pre-service clean, with further cleaning as part of the deep clean.”There’s an average of 1,864 colonies of bacteria on a single cinema seat. Comparing this to the average toilet seat, which they found around 135 colonies on average.“Obviously she mentions, the cleanliness of the seats will vary across different cinemas, seat styles and fabrics. Some of the dirtiest cinema seat they tested had around 3,000 colonies of bacteria living on it,” they continued. I have some tips for you. You don’t have to go far to get the benefits that travel has to offer. Find local places, and do a day trip or over night trip. Try camping like we do, that is always on of the cheapest ways to enjoy travel. You can get so mush out of camping by bringing your own bikes, kayaks or paddle board. This saves a ton on renting these types of things. Visit family and friends. When you stay with family and friends you cut down on hotel costs and probably a little bit of food cost. You can buy groceries, have BBQ’s and dinners, and limit going out to eat. When you are traveling to visit family and friends, pack snacks.Choose Off-Peak Travel Times: Travel during the off-season to avoid peak pricing.Book in Advance: Book flights, accommodations, and tours well in advance to get the best deals.Use Travel Comparison Websites: Utilize websites likeSkyscanner, Kayak, and Booking.com to compare prices and find the best deals.
