By day, he was just Wade Waddleston, a shy, nerdy college duck who kept to himself, burying his beak in science textbooks and working on bizarre experiments in his cramped dorm room. Wade was known around the Ducktripolis Institute of Quacking Technology as “that weird science duck,” but he didn’t mind. He had bigger dreams—dreams that nobody else in Ducktripolis would believe. Wade wanted to be a hero.
