What a great show with Lola Ahmeti and Gani Ahmeti of Johnny's window cleaning service. Lola is the owner of the company and her brother Gani supervises the team. We interviewed the great Jerry Kestenbaum the founder of Building Link, a 20 year young real estate tech software platform in use daily by over 6,000 luxury residential high-rise communities and 1.2 million apartments across 39 states and 12 countries. He transitioned in 2018 from the role of CEO, to head up the company's loT wireless smart-sensors and engineering initiative, which was spun off as " Aware Buildings" an independent company as of July 1, 2022.  We have to say this was one of our most informative shows we have had.
