This amazing event including designer clothes, fitness clothes, espresso martinis, mocktails, canapes plus much more will help raise much needed funds to fly in specialised doctors to help support local women in need of free essential pelvic health support.It's another amazing community event we are excited to be apart of we would love to see you there on the night from 5-7pm this Saturday 14th March.Thanks for your time Jo, appreciate the chat.

I give an insight into what my goals are for the year and how i like to break them down into short term goals to keep myself motivated.
