Chris and Graham spilt on Tina Fey's new film. Chris and his family liked Zootopia. Greg like Nina Simone doc but wanted a little more. Greg talks about going to Turner Classic Movie Fest. Jackie Kashian gives us a SpareMin on Deadpool. Odd choices for DVD and in theaters. This ep will make you want to bleed in the Balkins!

Good DVDs this week and maybe some sleeper hits in theaters. You will want to ride a train with Ernest Borgnine after listening to this ep.

Chris was intrigued by Anomolisa. Alison found The Big Short to be informative. Alison also talks about her favorite rom-coms and some guilty pleasures. Two good DVDs and more reason to see films that should have been nominated in theaters this weekend. This ep will make you want to have puppet sex.

Graham thought Concussion should have received some Oscar Nominations. Chris asks you to do homework before watching Attack On Titan. Kira gave Alvin and the Chipmunks: Road Chip a big thumbs up for sleeping. Chris couldn't understand Scorch Trials. Some good and some dumb on DVD. Also perfect time to watch all the Oscar films as new releases are useless. This is the Woodpecker of all episodes!

Graham and Matt both like Big Short but can't remember what Margot Robbie said. Chris did not like Hateful Eight as much as Graham. The Reverent made Graham want to kill a bear and sleep in it. More discussion about Star Wars and George Lucas feeling like a billionaire slave. Horrible DVDs and many reasons to find Golden Globe winners and future Oscar noms in theaters. This episode will make you want bird pizza!

Graham thinks Trumbo is solid Oscar material. Happy Valley is a good doc that will make you mad. Marvel heavy DVDs and some good films in theaters this week. Chris and Graham liked Hunger Games but not the love triangle. Laura likes love triangle's even when society collapses. Chris found Good Dinosaur to be all over the place. Laura thinks Trumbo will be in the Oscar race. Graham was let down with Secret in Their Eyes. Ok DVDs but more solid films coming out in theaters. This ep is like a lady Taken. All three enjoyed Spectre but felt like maybe 007 is done. John talks about his new book and working with Kurt Russell. Amy Schumer and Sherlock Holmes are on DVD which makes the slow weekend in theaters easier to take. This ep will make you want to clap at a trailer.

    FILMS DISCUSSED: CLOUDS OF SILS MARIA, BONE TOMAHAWK Chris and Graham are alone in the garage hatching plans to invade Belgium and talking movies. Graham found Clouds to be an ok indie film.  Chris wanted Bone Tomahawk to be better but still found parts of it entertaining. Chris had a blast at Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios. 2 of 3 good DVDs and 007 in back!! This ep will make you want to fly across the world to do a bar gig.

Tyler and David talk about their film podcast Battleship Pretension. David, Graham and Tyler liked Steve Jobs, but not the accents. Tyler thinks Jobs is best picture of the year. Chris enjoyed Crimson Peak even with it's shortcomings. Graham is glad Beasts of No Nation is out there informing people. Tyler saw Last Witch Hunter and can't remember it at all.  Not a great week for DVDs or in theaters. This ep will make you want to create a Sean Connery film with no plot!

Graham liked Bridge of Spies and thinks it will be in the Oscar race. Wayne felt the same about Steve Jobs.  Chris and his family had fun at Goosebumps. Wayne was loving Green Inferno and how sensitive Graham is. Wayne talks about his new comedy album. Ok DVDs and maybe one good film in theaters. This episode will make you eat hippies.

Graham, Chris and Frank all liked The Martian. Graham is happy when Emily Blunt is a bad ass like in Sicario. Chris hated Pan. Frank and Jack talk about what new horror films are getting them excited. At least one good DVD and then a good weekend for counter programming. This ep will start a Mexican Eat Off.

Graham was a little disappointed by Pawn Sacrifice, but still has some good performances. The boys talk about how fun Podfest was. Some good DVDs this week. Finally good movies are back in theaters! This ep will make you climb a fake mountain while eating a salad.

Graham loved Sharknado 3 and seeing himself on the big screen in Martial Arts Kid. Erin was surprisngly entertained by The Visit. Chris loved the low budget fun of Blood Sucking Bastards. Graham recommends the Whitey Bulger doc. Erin talks about her favorite sports films. Good DVDs to choose from. Some Oscar films are creeping back into movie theaters. This ep is will give you a Boston accent.

Graham liked American Ultra in his favorite theater. Chris had some small problems with Batman vs Robin but overall it was good.  Owen liked the acting in Z for Zachariah. Owen talks about his favorite sci-fi films and why he likes them.  Two good DVDs which will help get you through another lame weedend in theaters. This ep will make you love Funny Girl.

Greg liked the action of Mission Impossible. Graham liked End of the Tour while sleeping on a couch.  Chris saw two Studio Ghibli films on the big screen. All three talk about some of thier favoirte Wes Craven films. Greg was very happy with Trainwreck. Some fury in DVDs and interesting films in theaters.  This ep will make you want to have sex on a surf board!

Stefanie and Graham both found some problems with The Gift even though it has good perfromances. Graham thought UNCLE was a borning bag of bad accents. Chris didn't care for Rogue Nation. Stefanie tells us what kids movies she liked this year.  One good DVD and two stupid ones. New releases are useless.  This ep will make you want to get a nice mid shoe.

Graham was bored with Fantastic Four.  Chris found Brickumentary to be just ok. Baron and Graham both liked Straight Outta Compton.  Chris liked the low budget-ness of Wyrmwood. Graham and Baron both liked Trainwreck. Baron talks about his new podcast with Leonard Maltin. Bizare DVD choice and three films in theaters that don't look good. This ep will make you want more Steve Guttenberg in your diet!

Andy talks about his podcast, Probably Science.  Mixed bag of DVDs and not many good reasons to go to the theaters. This ep will give you Val Kilmer stress!
