These are the three principles.’‘Concentration without…’ is a cycle of three meditations. The three pieces stand as single explorations of Buddhist practices, and are christened after their practice. The work stands as an expression of my own practice and functions to serve meditation than ‘musical’ needs. Each segment is an opportunity, to sit, to breath, and to meditate.
