In this series of podcasts we will be reviewing cookbooks to help you make choices when selecting a cookbook for yourself or for someone else as a gift. As many of you know, trying to find a cookbook can sometimes be a daunting task, to say the least. So, each week we will look at a new cookbook to discuss the pros & cons of its contents. I hope this will help to choose a cookbooks that suits your needs, as well as getting you inspired to be more comfortable in the kitchen!
