This show aims to shed light on the experiences of others like you that deal with anxiety, ADHD,and depression through relatable experiences. It's not all serious though! This podcast seeks to break the mold of making it hard to discuss this between others so we can validate ourselves.Life is difficult and that's okay, know that you aren't alone in this world and someone is always here to help
