The Creative AF podcast is going to dive smack dab into the intersection of creativity and mental health, thus the title… Creative, and F***ed. Now, I say that a little tongue in cheek to an extent but for those of us currently in this space and those of us who have managed to breakout of the space it can hit deep in the double meaning here.I want this to be a no-holds barred conversation that avoids any sort of work or boss bashing, but really focuses on what we can do as creatives to change the dialog and open up to the fact that this sh*t we do isn’t easy. While working as a creative and especially one in sports is insanely fun, and most of the time rewarding, the downs that come along with the ups are real and legit and no-one can or should tell us otherwise.I want to talk to you, all of you creatives out there who are silently, or not so silently fighting this struggle with mental health and wellness that undoubtedly we are all fighting.
