    I'm excited to announce the next guest on my podcast on March 19.  Latifah Aitse Lawal is a seasoned professional with a career spanning over 16 years, characterized by diverse experience across banking, operations, customer service, project management, marketing, and agribusiness. She is currently working as an agribusiness specialist at NIRSAL where she offers advisory services to various players across the agricultural value chain, providing invaluable insights and guidance for success.Outside of her professional commitments, Latifah serves as a Trustee on the board of CASAF, an NGO dedicated to supporting orphans, displaced children, underprivileged children, and women in Nigeria. She is also an Advisory board member of I-Train Africa, an NGO focused on empowering African Youth. She is passionate about helping individuals strategically position themselves for global opportunities through tailored strategies, including LinkedIn audits. She is also passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise, especially in the realm of agribusiness, and actively volunteers to teach women and youth in this field.

    I'm excited to announce the next guest on my podcast on March 5th. Effenus Henderson is an internationally recognized thought leader on diversity, equity and inclusion, and has been invited by numerous companies and organizations to share his expertise. He served as Chief Diversity Officer for Weyerhaeuser Company, Federal Way, Washington until his retirement in December 2013. In this role he advised the CEO and senior management team on diversity, inclusion and affirmative action related matters. He has over 40 years of experience in a variety of human resources roles and responsibilities. Effenus has provided advisory support on diversity to the US Federal Government’s EPA office, Office of Personnel Management, US Forest Service, State Department and the USDA. He has also addressed members of the General Assembly of the United Nations on intercultural and interreligious diversity and addressed high-level panels for Alliance of Civilizations events worldwide.In September 2016, Effenus was named convener of the International Organization for Standardization’s Technical Committee on Human Resources (TC 260), Working Group 8 which led to the development of the first ISO global diversity and inclusion standards approved and published in 2021 (ISO 30415:2021).
