I'm here to make sure that no one forgets, help me shine a light and keep these conversations in the daylight. My name is Dee and I've struggled with my mental health my whole life.I'm here to tell you that there is hope. You can fight your way back into the daylight and out of the depths of pain. This is my hope for daylight. Let's move forward. Together. I'll have guests share their stories of their own mental health journeys, giving them a platform to help others by sharing their own experiences.     In this episode, my special guest, Sophie, and I will talk about the juxtaposition of what people perceive as your reality versus what actually is happening in your life.  The reality is, we really don't know what someone is going through. I think if we talked more openly about what goes on behind closed doors, maybe we wouldn't feel so alone, and just maybe we would heal from some of the things that keep us up at night.
