I want to be clear that I am not a doctor or formally educated in anyway to tell someone how to live their life. It is not my journey to direct others, but merely share some tools and tricks that have catapulted me into a life I fucking love! I want do do this with as much transparency as possible all while I share my highs, lows, ah ha’s and hard learned lessons. This podcast might not be right for you or for right now. But it is me, right here and right now as I try to be the best person I can be.
