Tum Sun Toh Rahi Ho Na | Adhure khaton ka kaarvan | Incomplete Letters - 4
अपने अनुरोध इस ईमेल पर जमा करें: [email protected]या फिर इंस्टाग्राम पर: क्लिक करें-------------------------------------------------------------------------Reach out to Mayank Gangwar: click hereTo know more about Mayank Gangwar: click hereBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/dear-paarijaat--6055494/support.

_______________________________________________________________________________क्या आप अपनी कविता या कथा हमारे पॉडकास्ट में प्रमुख रूप से प्रस्तुत करना चाहते है? अपने अनुरोध इस ईमेल पर जमा करें: [email protected]या फिर इंस्टाग्राम पर: क्लिक करें-------------------------------------------------------------------------Content Credits:Voice: Mayank GangwarWritten By: Kitabganj-------------------------------------------------------------------------Reach out to Mayank Gangwar: click hereTo know more about Mayank Gangwar: click hereReach out to Kitabganj on Facebook: click here Reach out to Kitabganj on Instagram: click here Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/dear-paarijaat--6055494/support.

Globally, one person dies by suicide every 40 seconds, totaling approximately 800,000 deaths annually (World Health Organization, WHO).2. Shockingly, suicide is the second leading cause of death among 15-29-year-olds worldwide (WHO).3. Men are more likely to die by suicide than women, with the suicide rate for men being nearly four times higher than that of women (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, CDC).Data on Mental Health Disparities Based on Gender:1. Men often face unique challenges in seeking mental health support due to societal expectations and stigmas surrounding vulnerability and emotional expression.2. According to the American Psychological Association (APA), men are less likely to seek help for mental health issues, leading to underdiagnosis and undertreatment.3. Studies indicate that societal pressures related to traditional masculinity norms contribute to higher rates of substance abuse and risky behaviors among men, exacerbating mental health challenges (National Institute of Mental Health, NIMH).Why This Podcast Matters:Understanding the gravity of these statistics is crucial in advocating for better mental health support and breaking down barriers to seeking help. This podcast episode aims to spark conversations, challenge stereotypes, and encourage listeners to prioritize their mental well-being.
Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/dear-paarijaat--6055494/support.

| "Jane woh kaise log the"
~ मयंक _______________________________________________________________________________Loving and continuing to love is a choice that is not merely a coincidence. And if it's about loving only one person, then it's even more frightening - not the absence of love, but the eyes waiting for the beloved. Those eyes want to take on a mountain or dry up a river; they want someone to fill their efforts with approval. It's not approval of love but approval of waiting.Such is the story of Amrita and Sahir. Sahir is one of my beloved poets, and his lyrics have the power to stir hearts. But Sahir belongs not just to me but to you too - whether it's 'Jaane Woh Kaise Log The' or 'Main Pal Do Pal Ka Shayar Hoon' or 'Kabhi Kabhi Mere Dil Mein' or 'Main Zindagi Ka Saath Nibhata Chala Gaya.' Sahir always amazed with his writing - only Sahir could declare the Taj Mahal, a symbol of love, guilty of mocking the love of the poor.The love story of Sahir and Amrita may not have reached great heights, but it became an immortal story.I found more love in knowing Amrita than in her writings - when she used to hold Sahir's extinguished cigarette in her hand, as if she was holding Sahir's hand.Amrita Pritam's biography 'Raseedi Ticket' is a priceless book, an honest woman who ignites revolutions in poems and stories; reading her is like exploring a flame. Here is an excerpt from her Raseedi Ticket in my voice, presented before you; I hope you'll like it.~ Mayank_______________________________________________________________________________क्या आप अपनी कविता या कथा हमारे पॉडकास्ट में प्रमुख रूप से प्रस्तुत करना चाहते है? Are you interested in having your poetry or narration featured on our podcast?
_______________________________________________________________________________क्या आप अपनी कविता या कथा हमारे पॉडकास्ट में प्रमुख रूप से प्रस्तुत करना चाहते है? अपने अनुरोध इस ईमेल पर जमा करें: [email protected]या फिर इंस्टाग्राम पर: क्लिक करें-------------------------------------------------------------------------Content Credits:Voice: Mayank GangwarWritten By: Kitabganj-------------------------------------------------------------------------Reach out to Mayank Gangwar: click hereTo know more about Mayank Gangwar: click hereReach out to Kitabganj on Facebook: click here Reach out to Kitabganj on Instagram: click here Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/dear-paarijaat--6055494/support.

~ मयंक_______________________________________________________________________________Preserving existence is essential. The presence of "I" is equally necessary to maintain the existence of "we." If you don't know who you are, you cannot tell others who we are. To save civilizations, safeguard your existence, and moving forward is not about harming someone else's existence. Challenging someone else's existence is foolishness, just like pulling someone back to move forward yourself. Rejecting anything that creates animosity between you is beneficial. In the end, remember, "I" is not greater than "we," but if where "we" is wrong, there, instead of disappearing into darkness, "I" should confront it. The truth doesn't win every time, but every time, you have to fight for the truth against falsehood. Just as soldiers on both sides make their full effort in knowing that there will be victory for one side in war, similarly, every effort to save the truth is valuable. You will not be called a coward upon death but a martyr. Hope you liked this passage.
~ मयंक _______________________________________________________________________________When I turn and look at the moments that pass, towards the horizon, the empty sky seems to be gazing at some distant, formidable mountain. Those whose meeting was not possible often immerse themselves in my poems, the separation of someone is never tolerated by me. When I go to the mountains, loneliness never touches me. Whenever I speak, I hear you. Mountains accompany me, and then, sitting on the summit, we share our sorrows. The mountain's sorrow is greater than mine, but it never gives up. It is happy to distribute happiness to others. Seeing the waves coming and going, it wants to let itself become theirs, but it barely restrains itself. It knows that if we don't meet again, its life will pass in waiting. Yet, it loves boundlessly, ultimately waiting for us to arrive again. Look, the mountain is waiting.~ Mayank_______________________________________________________________________________क्या आप अपनी कविता या कथा हमारे पॉडकास्ट में प्रमुख रूप से प्रस्तुत करना चाहते है? अपने अनुरोध इस ईमेल पर जमा करें: [email protected]या फिर इंस्टाग्राम पर: क्लिक करें-------------------------------------------------------------------------Content Credits:Voice: Prakhar ChitravanshiWritten By: Kitabganj-------------------------------------------------------------------------Reach out to Mayank Gangwar: click hereTo know more about Mayank Gangwar: click hereReach out to Kitabganj on Facebook: click here Reach out to Kitabganj on Instagram: click hereBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/dear-paarijaat--6055494/support.

_______________________________________________________________________________क्या आप अपनी कविता या कथा हमारे पॉडकास्ट में प्रमुख रूप से प्रस्तुत करना चाहते है? अपने अनुरोध इस ईमेल पर जमा करें: [email protected]या फिर इंस्टाग्राम पर: क्लिक करें-------------------------------------------------------------------------Reach out to Mayank Gangwar: click hereTo know more about Mayank Gangwar: click hereReach out to Kitabganj on Facebook: click here Reach out to Kitabganj on Instagram: click hereBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/dear-paarijaat--6055494/support.

_______________________________________________________________________________"My Language -It is not the language of the masses;It is extraordinary,Because love is not ordinary!"~ MayankIn love, are there really only meeting, separation, and pain - are these words enough? Beyond them lies a universe within, containing anticipation and devotion. Many are in love or within it, and many have transcended it. However, some people aren't really in love, yet they are waiting for eternity. Those who cannot attain love become absorbed in devotion, and when suddenly someone appears one day, there is nothing left for them but to call them back.Love builds, and so does destroys - both are forms of creative energy, and destruction is self-imposed because love does not permit harm to others. Love is freedom from bonds, not the creation of bonds.Hope you enjoyed this narration. _______________________________________________________________________________क्या आप अपनी कविता या कथा हमारे पॉडकास्ट में प्रमुख रूप से प्रस्तुत करना चाहते है? Are you interested in having your poetry or narration featured on our podcast? "Let her go" | Goodbye | Love Special | Incomplete Letters - 1 | Ft. Duke Lott
The right to establish definitions of love is not anyone's alone; everyone has their own meanings. However, it is essential that once a definition is established, it should be lived up to.In this way, my definition of love is quite different. "Love once, love hard." Just as every philosopher wants to convey their philosophy to people, similarly, I, as a unique poet, writer, and much more, seek to etch my definition in the memory of people. While I may not claim myself to be a philosopher, I am an extraordinary poet, and the search for what more I am; continues within me. I call myself special because love is not ordinary! What is love? How much to love? When to love? Why to love? How to love? The answers to these questions change from person to person. For someone, it is like a flowing sweet lake with much noise, while for another, it is like a burning flame in the cold. What is really true and what is false, who knows, who needs to know? And even if you find out, will the meanings of love change, will the ways change? No. Love was as it should be, and you will find it there despite all the twists and turns of the world.Lovers continue travelling in endless journeys, but love sits there waiting around for them to come and meet him._______________________________________________________________________________In this show, at the end, there is a special feature: a narration of a very special article written by Duke Lott, the American podcaster of "The Duke Lott Show" and internationally acclaimed author of the bestseller "100 Lessons for a Successful Interracial Relationships." I translated this book into Hindi. Today, on the auspicious occasion of celebrating the Republic Day of India, it is available for free as an ebook on Amazon!
_______________________________________________________________________________"To let go was an act of love, perhaps that's why I couldn't stop you..." How many phases in life do we encounter when, despite our desire, we cannot hold back our most essential person? We reluctantly bid them farewell, to the extent that sometimes, it becomes impossible for us to even say goodbye. Undoubtedly, the moment of parting is quite painful, and more heartbreaking than separation is every moment spent after parting, which feels like a stone passing through our breaths.We may not be able to stop everyone, but we can certainly make an effort, once, to tell someone that they are essential to us, and to stay right here - together..._______________________________________________________________________________क्या आप अपनी कविता या कथा हमारे पॉडकास्ट में प्रमुख रूप से प्रस्तुत करना चाहते है? Are you interested in having your poetry or narration featured on our podcast? A Year of Love | Poetry on Phases of Love | By Mayank Gangwar | English Poetry
"Life is a paradox. Every truth has its counterpart which contradicts it; and every philosopher supplies the logic his own undoing." - Elbert Hubbard"A Year of Love," going through different phases, and yet returning back to the same. Ever heard the phrase, 'we are strangers again, but this time with memories'? Love is beautiful yet paradoxical; you may desire it, and still, it may hurt. So, does that mean we should stop loving? No, my friend. In fact, spend as much love as you can.Fill the lives that lack love, replace hands holding weapons with roses, and turn announcements of wars into poems of love. It can happen only when you love everyone around you, leaving no space for hatred!Keep loving, keep listening to Dear Paarijaat!Follow us and give a like and share if it touched your heart. Lot more coming!Regards,Your hostMayank GangwarBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/dear-paarijaat--6055494/support.
