365 Moments of Realization

Hi, For Next 365 days I'll be sharing my everyday learnings in the podcast.. Stay tuned for some mind bending perspectives

  1. 37

    Day 36/365.. 1 Agressive = 20 Kindness

The concept that one aggressive behavior can outweigh the positive impact of 20 acts of kindness is not universally accepted in the field of psychology or relationship dynamics. The idea that negative interactions often carry more weight than positive ones in relationships is derived from the work of psychologists like John Gottman, Clifford Notarius, and Howard Markman. While they emphasize the importance of maintaining a positive balance in relationships, the specific ratio of 20:1 is not a commonly agreed-upon standard. The "magic ratio" often cited in relationship research is closer to 5:1, suggesting that for a relationship to thrive, there should be at least five positive interactions for every one negative interaction. However, the exact ratio can vary depending on the dynamics of a specific relationship and the unique needs and preferences of the individuals involved.

    Day 35/365 Why Diseases Thrive?

This is why Diseases Thrive.. Thoughts and AttentionWhile there is still much that we do not know about the mind-body connection, there is a growing body of evidence to suggest that our thoughts and emotions can have a powerful impact on our physical health. This suggests that it is possible that degeneration and illness can be held in our bodies by thought, observation, and attention.

  3. 35

Day 34/365 Cause of Mental Problems..

This imbalance of hormones causes stress and if it happens regularly for a long period of time then it can create some serious mental and physical health problems Maintain and manage a specific circadian rhythm for your body for good mental and physical health #365Realizations #365daychallenge #365

Day 30/365 Ship of Theseus | Are we still the same?

The Ship of Theseus is a thought experiment that asks whether a ship that has had all of its parts replaced over time is still the same ship. The thought experiment is attributed to the Greek philosopher Plutarch, who tells the story of the Greek hero Theseus.According to Plutarch, Theseus' ship was kept in Athens as a sacred relic. Over time, the ship's parts began to wear out and were replaced one by one. Eventually, no part of the original ship remained. The question is, is the ship that remains still the same ship that Theseus sailed? There are two main schools of thought on this question. One school of thought says that the ship is still the same ship as long as it retains its original form and function. This view is based on the idea that identity is determined by essence, or what something is made of. According to this view, the ship is still the same ship even if all of its parts have been replaced, because it still has the same essence. The other school of thought says that the ship is no longer the same ship once all of its parts have been replaced. This view is based on the idea that identity is determined by continuity, or the unbroken chain of events that make up a thing's history. According to this view, the ship is no longer the same ship once all of its parts have been replaced, because it no longer has the same continuity. There are strong arguments to be made on both sides of this debate. The essence view seems to be supported by the fact that the ship still looks and functions like the original ship. However, the continuity view seems to be supported by the fact that the ship is made up of entirely new parts.Ultimately, the answer to the question of whether the Ship of Theseus is still the same ship is a matter of philosophical interpretation. There is no right or wrong answer, and both sides of the debate have valid points.

Day 29/365 Hard Truth of Misery..

This statement suggests that when we refuse to accept the truth about ourselves, our situation, or the world around us, we are setting ourselves up for unhappiness. There are many reasons why we might avoid the truth. We may be afraid of what we will find. We may be ashamed of our past mistakes or shortcomings. We may be worried about how others will perceive us if we reveal the truth. However, no matter what our reasons, avoiding the truth will only prolong our misery. In order to heal and grow, we must be willing to face the truth, even if it is painful.

Day 27/365 Bitten by a Snake..

This analogy can be applied to many other situations in life. There are times when we are faced with challenges or setbacks that are beyond our control. In these situations, it is important to focus on what we can control, and to not waste time trying to explain ourselves to people who are not receptive to our explanations.

  11. 27

Day 26/365 You Too Will Die..

On one level, the statement "You too will die" is simply a statement of fact. All living things eventually die. This is a truth that we all know, but it is something that we often try to forget. We may live our lives as if we are going to live forever, but the reality is that we all have a limited amount of time on this earth. On a deeper level, the statement "You too will die" is a call to action. It is a reminder that we should not waste the time that we have. We should live our lives to the fullest and make the most of every moment. The statement "You too will die" can also be seen as a source of comfort. It can remind us that we are not alone in our mortality. Everyone dies, and this can give us a sense of solidarity. It can also remind us that death is not the end. There is something more beyond this life, and this can give us hope.

Everything Is Important Until We Get SickOur health is our most valuable asset. Without good health, we cannot enjoy anything else in life. When we are sick, we also realize that we are not alone. We need the help of others to get better. This can be a humbling experience, but it can also be an opportunity to learn more about ourselves and the people around us.

  15. 23

Day 22/365 You Can't Be Anything You Want

The statement "you can't be anything you want, but you can be everything you are" is a reminder that we all have limitations. We cannot be anything we want to be, such as a superhero or a movie star. However, we can all reach our full potential by accepting ourselves for who we are and by using our talents and abilities to make a difference in the world.

Neuroplasticity plays a crucial role in how we acquire and improve skills. It's like your brain's special ability to change and adapt when you learn new things or practice a skill.Neuroplasticity shows us that you can keep learning and getting better at things your whole life. So, if you keep practicing and trying new things, your brain will keep growing and making those skills even better! It's like a superpower your brain has to help you become really good at the things you love to do.

    Day 19/365 Japanese Saying...

杯目は喉を潤す、二杯目は喉を潤すIt means "The first glass quenches the thirst, the second glass brings out the flavor."This saying is a reminder that the best things in life are often the simplest. It also teaches us to appreciate the present moment and to savor our experiences. The saying is often used to describe food and drink, but it can also be applied to other aspects of life. For example, the first time we do something, we may be focused on getting it done. But the second time around, we can relax and enjoy the experience more.

  19. 19

    Day 18/365 You Are Biased...

people often believe what they want to believe or what they want something to be true. This is known as confirmation bias. Confirmation bias is the tendency to seek out and interpret information in a way that confirms our existing beliefs.Confirmation bias can be a powerful force, and it can lead people to believe things that are not true. For example, people who believe in conspiracy theories are often very good at finding evidence to support their theories, even if that evidence is flimsy or even fabricated. There are a number of reasons why people may believe what they want to believe. One reason is that it can be emotionally uncomfortable to accept information that contradicts our beliefs. Another reason is that it can be difficult to change our beliefs, even when we are presented with convincing evidence.

  20. 18

Day 17/365 Imagine Yourself as an Ant..

As an ant, I would have a unique perspective on the world. I would see the world from a different angle, and I would experience it in a different way.I would see the beauty in the simple things, such as a blade of grass or a drop of rain. I would appreciate the power of teamwork and cooperation. And I would be grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the survival of my colony.I believe that being an ant would be a humbling and enriching experience. It would teach me a lot about myself and about the world around me. And it would remind me that even the smallest creatures have a role to play in the grand scheme of things.

    Day 16/365 Savings = Income - Ego

Our ego can manifest in various ways when it comes to finances. We might feel compelled to buy expensive clothes, gadgets, or cars to project an image of success and affluence. We might indulge in lavish vacations or dining experiences to showcase our lifestyle to our social circles. Or, we might succumb to impulsive purchases to satisfy momentary desires, seeking instant gratification rather than long-term financial stability. These ego-driven spending habits can significantly hinder our ability to save money. When we prioritize material possessions and fleeting pleasures over prudent financial management, we deplete our savings and limit our ability to achieve long-term financial goals, such as buying a home, securing a comfortable retirement, or funding our children's education.

Day 14/365 Understanding of a Child...

Despite their limited understanding, one-year-old children have a very rich perspective on the world. They are curious and eager to learn. They are also very social and enjoy interacting with others. An adult has a much deeper understanding of the world than a one-year-old child. They have had more time to learn and to experience different things. They have also had more time to develop their critical thinking skills and their ability to make complex decisions.Despite their deeper understanding, adults can still learn a lot from one-year-old children. One-year-old children see the world with fresh eyes and they are not afraid to ask questions. They can also teach us to appreciate the simple things in life and to live in the moment.#365Realizations #365daychallenge #365

Day 10/365 How to Wake Up Early..

Here are 2 reasons how we are able to wakeup early:1. Excitement and anticipation: When we are excited about something, it is easier to wake up early. This is because excitement and anticipation release dopamine, a neurotransmitter that plays a role in motivation and reward.2. Strong Why: When we have a strong reason for waking up early, we are more likely to be able to do so. For example, if we are waking up early to go on an adventure, we are likely to be more motivated to get out of bed than if we are waking up early to go to work.

Day 9/ 365 Spend Some Time Alone...

Here are a few tips for spending time alone to understand yourself better:Find a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be interrupted.Take some time to relax and clear your mind.Ask yourself questions about your life, such as:What are my values and goals? What are my strengths and weaknesses? What makes me happy and sad? What do I want to achieve in life?Be honest with yourself and don't be afraid to explore difficult topics.Journal about your thoughts and feelings. Day 7/365 Dirt and Life

Here are some specific examples of how we have to make our hands dirty in order to clean the dirt in life:To achieve our goals, we need to put in the hard work and dedication. This may mean working late nights, studying on weekends, or sacrificing our social life. But in the end, it will be worth it to achieve our dreams. To build strong relationships, we need to be willing to be vulnerable and open with others. This means sharing our thoughts and feelings, even when it's difficult. It also means being supportive and understanding of our loved ones.To make a difference in the world, we need to get involved and take action. This may mean volunteering our time, donating to charity, or speaking out against injustice. Even small acts of kindness can make a big difference. The phrase "how we have to make our hands dirty in order to clean the dirt" is a reminder that we all have a role to play in making the world a better place. It may not always be easy, but it is always worth it.Keywords: life lessons, life lesson, lessons for life,50 life lessons, lessons, lessons of life, lessons in life, life lessons quotes, buddha life lessons, life lessons learned, life lessons from war, luciano life lessons, unspoken life lessons, life lessons with luis, headie one life lessons, lesson of life, life lessons short videos,5 life lessons from lao tzu, lessons taught by life, unspoken life lessons 2023,10 life lessons from buddha, unspoken life lessons quora#365Realizations #365daychallenge #365

Day 4/365 Simple But Not Easy..

Simple: The most important things in life are often the simplest. This is because they are the things that are most essential to our well-being. For example, we need food, shelter, and love to survive. We also need to have a sense of purpose and meaning in our lives. These are all simple things, but they are essential for our happiness and fulfillment. Not easy: While the most important things in life are often the simplest, they are not always easy to achieve. This is because we often face obstacles and challenges in our lives. For example, we may have difficulty finding a job that we love, or we may experience financial hardship. We may also have difficulty maintaining our relationships or overcoming our personal demons. Keywords:simple but not easy, simple but not easy mountain, things are simple but not easy, money making is simple but not easy, not easy, simple is not easy, simple, life is not easy, but not easy mountain goat, easy, not easy motivational speech, simple paper butterfly, simple origami butterfly,it was too

Reduce impact on nature with your small steps:Walk, bike, or take public transportation instead of driving whenever possible.Eat less meat and more plant-based foods.Use a reusable water bottle and coffee mug.Avoid single-use plastics, such as straws and bags.Support sustainable businesses and organizations.Talk to your friends and family about the importance of environmental protection.

  33. 5

Day 5/365 Don't Blame the Flower..

Blaming the flower for its withered state would be akin to attributing someone's struggles solely to their inherent qualities or choices without considering the impact of their environment. This perspective recognizes that individuals are deeply shaped by the conditions they find themselves in. It acknowledges the significance of external factors such as upbringing, socio-economic circumstances, and access to opportunities in determining one's well-being and success.#365Realizations #365daychallenge #365

Day 2/365 Our Plans & Life..

On a deeper level, the act of making a hole in a bookshelf can be seen as a metaphor for life. Life is often full of challenges and obstacles. We may have plans and goals, but things don't always go as expected. Sometimes, we have to work hard and persevere to overcome the challenges that we face. The hole in the bookshelf is a reminder that we are all capable of overcoming challenges and achieving our goals. It is also a reminder that we should never underestimate ourselves or the challenges that we face.Instagram.com/@think2billion

Day 1/365 Desire and Self Control..

Desire is not an entity rooted in the external world; it emerges from our inner consciousness. It is a product of our thoughts, emotions, and yearnings. When we desire something or someone, it's not the external object that possesses desire, but rather our internal perception and emotional response.Desire's true origin is our inner landscape of sensations and beliefs, generating a tangible experience within us. We engage with desire not through the external object, but through the sensations and emotions it arouses within us.This perspective shift empowers us to navigate desire with greater self-awareness, understanding that our pursuit of external objects is a journey into our own consciousness. Liberation from desire lies in mastering our inner thoughts and emotions, revealing the path to true fulfillment within ourselves.
