40 Years in Business Systems

After 40 years selling and implementing Business Systems with a sprinkling of management, building teams and mentoring people, I have decided to try and share some of my experiences.Over the years I have seen the best and some of the worst business decisions being made, I have worked with some fabulous people, mentors and leaders, and also had to deal with the opposite on a few occasions.I have been promoted, demoted, laid off and been the meat in takeover sandwiches and also occasionally the bread itself.I've hired staff, fired staff, mentored a few who have gone on the great things and built up teams.I took a sabbatical for a year, wrote a successful book and introduced new products to the market.I spent time as a Territorial Army Officer this running parallel to my business career and learned a lot through those experiences.
