Shalom U'Vracha (Principle Eight)
Shalom U'Vracha – True peace isn’t just the absence of conflict; it’s the presence of harmony, purpose, and blessing. When you align with higher truths, cultivate deep relationships, and live with intention, you bring lasting peace and blessing into your life and the lives of others.Shalom & BlessingsVerse 1:A thousand scattered duties pulling me apart,Disturbing my mind, overwhelming my heart. The dishes, the mortgage, all the things I must do,In the state of Shalom, they all dissolve into You.If you invested the effort in this journey so far,These seven righteous principles shine as one starLight courses through our veins and penetrates our bones,It will illuminate from within—and then overflow.Pre-Chorus:The pieces all merge, and everything makes sense,An obnoxious cacophony, replaced by silence. Now you become the star, burning bright like the sun,Now you see clear—other than God there is none.Chorus:Shalom and blessing, your soul’s finally free,Your self fades away in Divine unity. Not above, not apart, but deeply entwined,Re-ality, personality, behavior, aligned.Verse 2:No longer endless, fragmented acts,No longer torn by contradicting facts.Oneness replaces many, with resounding peace,A harmony so deep, all divisions cease.Chorus:Shalom and blessing, your soul’s finally free,Your self fades away in Divine unity. Not above, not apart, but deeply entwined,Re-ality, personality, behavior, aligned.Outro:No struggle, no weight, no need to atone,I’m here now, I am whole, I am known,I am home…

Listen Silently, Then Speak Clearly (Principle Seven)
Listen Silently, Then Speak Clearly – Wisdom begins with listening. When you quiet your own noise and truly hear others, you gain deeper understanding. Only then can you respond with clarity, purpose, and words that inspire and uplift.Listen Silently Then Speak Clearly(Verse 1)You talk, I wait to reply,I’m not listening, I’m living a lie.I nod and wait, it’s the price I pay,Just holding back till I have my say.The next stage is to judge what’s being said,But my heart’s not involved, only my headanalyzing, assuming, lost in my view,Drowning your voice in the noise that I spew.(Chorus)Listen deep, let silence rise,See the truth behind their eyes.No rush, no walls, just hearts laid bare,Feel their pain—show you care.(Verse 2)Hold the weight of every word,Make them feel that they’ve been heard. No need to fix, no need to steer,Hear their soul—then speak it clear. But now I’m ready to truly hear,A deeper listening, sharp and clear. To grasp your essence, I must be still,Let go of my thoughts, surrender my will.No rush, no judgment—just open and rare,Letting you breathe some psychological air.(Chorus)Listen deep, let silence rise,See the truth behind their eyes.No rush, no walls, just hearts laid bare,Feel their pain—show you care.(Verse 3)Hold the weight of every word,Make them feel that they’ve been heard. No need to fix, no need to steer,Hear their soul—then speak it clear.(Outro)Once they finished, and they feel heardOnly now may you speak. Now it’s your turn.

Same Team Mindset (Principle Six)
Same Team Mindset – Life isn’t a competition; it’s a shared journey. When you see others as allies rather than rivals, collaboration replaces conflict, relationships strengthen, and together, you create something greater than any one person could achieve alone. We’re On The Same Team Chorus:We’re on the same team, we share the same goal,Your win is my win—together, we’re whole! No need to compete, no need to compare,We grow when we give, we shine when we share!Verse 1:To get ahead I don't need you to lose,We’ll rise together—I’ve got nothing to proveThere’s enough for us all, I don't need luck!Your success is my joy, and it won't eat me up!Verse 2:I’ll invest in the Bank Account, the emotional kind,A thoughtful word, a promise kept, a heart that’s aligned.More and more deposits, let the trust overflow,Fill it with kindness, make their heart glow!Bridge:How can I help? What can I learn?Lift each other, watch the world turn!No need to battle, no need to fight,One team, one goal, one shining light!Chorus:We’re on the same team, we share the same goal,Your win is my win—together, we’re whole! No need to compete, no need to compare,We grow when we give, we shine when we share!Outro We shine when we give, we rise when we care,One team, one dream—true success is to share!

Recognize the Other (Principle Five)
Recognize the Other – True connection begins when you see others as real, significant, and worthy. By stepping beyond yourself and acknowledging the depth in another person, you cultivate empathy, build meaningful relationships, and open yourself to a life of deeper connection.Recognize The Other(Verse 1)As children, we live in a world of our own,Every voice, every hand, every kindness is shown. The sun seems to rise just to brighten our way,And everyone’s here to make perfect our day.But slowly we learn, as the years pass us by,The world is much bigger than me, myself, I.Each person’s a story, a life of their own,Not just a shadow in the space that I own.(Chorus)Face to face, I care for you.Your hopes, your fears, I see them, too.Back to back, you fade from view,Just a tool for what I pursue.I gotta recognize, gotta think, gotta see,That you’re just as real as me.Gotta step outside my childish view,‘Cause what makes me real? Man, you do too!(Verse Two)Back to back, a silent trade,A service done, a price is paid.No names, no care, just what I get,A fleeting moment, and you I forget. But then I tip, a coin or a smile,A pause to see you for a while."This is for you," I remember to mention,A moment of care, not just a transaction.Your eyes light up, the space feels warm,No longer a task, but a human form.(Chorus)Face to face, I care for you.Your hopes, your fears, I see them, too.Back to back, you fade from view,Just a tool for what I pursue.I gotta recognize, gotta think, gotta see,That you’re just as real as me.Gotta step outside my childish view,‘Cause what makes me real? Man, you do too!(outro)No longer a task, no longer a game,No longer a deal, no longer the same.No longer just work, no longer just pay,No longer a stranger fading away.No longer ignored, no longer unseen,No longer just part of the background routine. No longer a shadow, no longer a blur,No longer forgotten for all that you were.No longer a means, no longer a tool,No longer just caught in a back-to-back rule.No longer alone, no longer apart,Now face to face—we see from the heart.

Do What Matters (Principle Four)
Do What Matters – Life is full of distractions, but true fulfillment comes from focusing on what’s truly important. Prioritize with purpose, align your actions with your values, and invest your time in what brings real meaning and impact.Do What Matters(Verse 1)The world’s a busy place, endless parts moving,But I won't be distracted, I’ll keep on improving.I’ll do what matters because I’ve become my missionEach step forward with care and precision.(Pre-Chorus )If it’s important and urgent—it’ll get itself done!If it’s only urgent—then it’s just for fun.Not this, not that—I promise to declineBut important, not urgent, that’s where I shine!(Chorus )I’ll do what matters, stay steady and strong,Each step I take moves my mission along. Not swayed by the urgent nor pulled by the loud,I’m one with my purpose—my Creator is proud!(Verse 2)I’ll confidently say “no” if not aligned with my goalI’ll stay true to the fire that burns in my soul.Big rocks first, gravel secondI’ll stay on course, I’ll be a legend!(Bridge)Urgent voices, flashing lights,False importance steals my sight. But I won’t fall for empty claims,I know what matters, I won’t play games!(Pre-Chorus )If it’s important and urgent—it’ll get itself done!If it’s only urgent—then it’s just for fun.Not this, not that—I promise to declineBut important, not urgent, that’s where I shine!(Chorus )I’ll do what matters, stay steady and strong,Each step I take moves my mission along. Not swayed by the urgent nor pulled by the loud,I’m one with my purpose—my Creator is proud!(Verse 3)Discipline’s no fate—it’s a choice I create,It all unfolds when my mission’s got straight. What matters most must lead the way,Not just tomorrow—but starting today!(Chorus)I’ll do what matters, stay steady and strong,Each step I take moves my mission along. Not swayed by the urgent nor pulled by the loud,I’m one with my purpose—my Creator is proud!(Outro)What is the key? To say “no” when need be, and without apology, with honesty and modesty, no care for their ideology. And that will set me free!

Know Your Mission (Principle Three)
Know Your Mission – You are here for a purpose. Clarity of mission gives direction, meaning, and focus to your life. When you define your purpose, every action becomes intentional, and your journey takes on deeper significance.Know Your Mission(Verse 1)You didn't just appear, you were made with intent,You have a mission to discover, not to inventBut if you don’t chart it, you’ll just drift with the tide,Like a boat lost at sea, with no stars as your guide.(Pre-Chorus)So grab a pen, take a breath, close your eyes,Picture the life you want to realize. What will they say when your journey is through? The story they’ll tell—it’s all up to you!(Chorus)Write your eulogy, but don’t dwell on death,It will shape your life and give life to your breath.See where you’re headed, define where you stand,A mission on paper puts your life in your hands!(Verse 2)But oh, it’s not easy, things will get in your way,Excuses will whisper, distractions all day.But it’s just so important, you must get this doneGenerations depend on it—you're not the only one.(Bridge)You can climb to the top, rise high like a king,But if the wall is all wrong, it won’t mean a thing.Leadership before management is the only way,Take charge of your mission—you must start today.(Pre-Chorus – Reprise)So grab a pen, take a breath, close your eyes,Picture the life you want to realize. What will they say when your journey is through? The story they tell—it’s all up to you!(Chorus – Reprise)Write your eulogy, but don’t dwell on death,It will shape your life and give life to your breath.See where you’re headed, define where you stand,A mission on paper puts your life in your hands!(Outro)Hashem won’t just hand you your mission outright,He wants you to discover it, so you’ll treasure it right. You must pray, you must long, you must search, you must trustThe answer will come—stay patient, don’t rush.So write it, refine it, and do it again,So write it, refine it, and live it— Amen.

Principles & Paradigms
Principles and Paradigms – Principles are unchanging truths that shape reality, while paradigms are the lenses through which we see the world. Aligning our paradigms with true principles transforms how we think, act, and experience life.LYRICS(Verse 1) Principles, they’re the truth, the core, They’ve been here forever, they’re like the floor. Like gravity keeps us on the ground, They’re unchanging, they’re profound.Paradigms? Oh, they’re how we see, The mental maps of reality. They shape our thoughts, they guide our view, But they might need a change or two!(Chorus) Principles are laws, they never break. Paradigms are lenses we must remake. Align them right and it’ll all make sense, A blessed life is the consequence!(Verse 2) Trust and respect — they can’t be faked, No shortcuts, no deals to make. If you want to be trusted, you must keep your word, If you want to be respected, it must be earned!A faulty paradigm will cause untold pain,Like steering a ship through a storm in vain. They’re not hard to see, but they are to accept,‘Cause changing your view takes courage and depth.(Chorus) Principles are laws, they never break, Paradigms are lenses we must remake. Align them right and it’ll all make sense, A blessed life is the consequence!(Bridge) Learn it deep, let it grow, Act it out, let it show. Study, do, and then repeat, That’s how success becomes complete.Don’t fight the law, dont twist the frame, Life’s not a trick, it’s not a game. See the truth, and fix yourself,Align your heart with something else.(Chorus) Principles are laws, they never break, Paradigms are lenses we must remake. Align them right and it’ll all make sense, A blessed life is the consequence!(Outro) So be courageous and check your lens, Real change begins where comfort ends. Principles don’t yield, paradigms must be true, That’s the secret — now it’s up to you!
