Today we're talking without Natalie because we're discussing what exactly is a Holistic Parent model and what makes a person a Holistic Parent.

Today's topic is Technology and Kids. We talk about how kids view technology in their lives and what parents can do to increase positive experiences with it. The biggest takeaway is that kids WANT you to communicate with them about technology and not just ban it. Being scared of something doesn't make it go away, but kids learn about technology in a safe space, and they are more likely to develop better skills in using it for good. 

One can't be a truly Holistic Parent unless they consider parenting from child's perspective. When was the last time you asked your child how your parenting is goin'?
