    Episode 2

Today we're talking without Natalie because we're discussing what exactly is a Holistic Parent model and what makes a person a Holistic Parent.

    Episode 1

Today's topic is Technology and Kids. We talk about how kids view technology in their lives and what parents can do to increase positive experiences with it. The biggest takeaway is that kids WANT you to communicate with them about technology and not just ban it. Being scared of something doesn't make it go away, but kids learn about technology in a safe space, and they are more likely to develop better skills in using it for good.

    Welcome!

One can't be a truly Holistic Parent unless they consider parenting from child's perspective. When was the last time you asked your child how your parenting is goin'? This one-of-a-kind podcast will dive into parenting from a perspective of a child (young AND old.) We'll reveal the truth under the veil of the tantrums, the secrets to connecting to your teens, and much MUCH more. Hi, this is Karina  And this is Natalie. Welcome to a child’s point of view on parenting! We are SO GLAD you’re here! In our Holistic Parent Academy, we talk about how you can’t truly be a Holistic Parent if you haven’t considered parenting from your child’s point of view. In this one-of-a-kind podcast, we will discuss topics ranging from tantrums to teens and get to the truth of how our kids really see us as parents.  Kids will provide tips and truth on what’s really going on in our heads, and will share some helpful and inspiring insights into the process of growing up! We’ll have interviews with young as well as old kids, gain multifaceted perspectives, have a few laughs, probably a few cries too, and set the world of parenting on fire.  It’s time that children’s voices are heard. It’s time we as parents are liberated from cultural constraints and authoritarian ways of disregarding the most important voices & opinions of how to parent -and that is the voices of our own kids! We hope to inspire and help kids feel seen and heard. We can’t wait to have you join us for our next episode!  Every Tuesday, tune in for inspiration, motivation, & information to help you become even better of a parent than you thought possible. Til then, make sure to subscribe to our podcast and get on our email list so we can send you reminders when the next episode is live.
