A Minute For Mindfulness
by Dale Ryals / Life and Leadership Coach
It’s amazing what one minute of undistracted thinking can do for us. Boxers take one minute breaks between rounds for a number of reasons. One of those is to make tactical adjustments, another reason is for a mental reset. I’m not saying all of life is like a boxing match but we do face battles. That is the purpose of One Minute for Mindfulness. It’s an opportunity to stop, eliminate distractions and be mindful. (Attentive, consciously aware of something) As a life and leadership coach, I see what can happen when thought provoking questions are asked and someone has time to think.
