    Does Living in Alignment With Who You Are REALLY Matter?

    What is your approach to mornings?  Is it something that you have given consideration to? Are you a person who deliberately sets up how you start your days or do you find the day happening to you?Whether or not you would call yourself a morning person, what we do when we get up will have an impact on how the day progresses.     Energy Never Lies

    It is always around and within us, mixed into everything we do whether or not we are aware of it. When we recognise and tap into the information it gives us consciously and unconsciously we can see how accurate the information is because it never ever lies!We are constantly picking up on the energy of our surroundings, the people we meet, the events and places we interact with and they all hold their own particular energetic frequencies and vibrations.     Take The Weather With You (You Take Yourself Everywhere You Go)

    We always take ourselves with us wherever we go. The good and easy to be with parts of us that we like and enjoy as well as the not so easy to handle parts of who we are that feel testing for us.
