Somewhere In Kumasi, Ghana | Vlog

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=abenad/repkjfcxcd After the whole accident thing with my brother, one thing I’ve learned is to just live. I was doing that in the beginning but at a point I became so buried in my goals and aspirations. Not anymore though. I dont think I’m ever going to postpone fun. Henceforth if there’s even a slight chance for me to go out and do things that make me happy, I’m jumping on it. Anyway, I went to Palm Gardens Resort with my baby girl and to be honest, I was mostly living in the moment than vlogging but it was all fine. Okay, enough of the talking. I hope you enjoy the video. Let’s Make Fresh Tangerine Juice

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=abenad/nbptiaueiz Hello everyone, this is a video of me making fresh tangerine juice with a juicer for the first time. It was fun handling a juicer for the first time even though it’s been in the kitchen for years. I mostly prefer eating fruits to drinking them and that’s why I’ve never touched the juicer until now. In the end, my brother liked the juice more than I did because I’m not a huge fan of juice. Alright, I’ll leave you to enjoy the video. Video edited with CapCut

Watch Me Prepare My Favorite Food Ft My Brother’s Voiceover

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=abenad/oumhinwves Hello everyone, this is a vlog of me preparing my Favourite food, banku and garden eggs stew with my brother who claims to be a chef doing a voiceover of the process. I’ve mentioned banku a number of times here and each time I do, people ask me what it is. It’s one of the most convenient foods in Ghana as it can be eaten with anything; stew, soup, pepper. So today you get to see what banku is and how it’s even prepared. This video was made the last time I went inside my mom’s kitchen. I don’t know for other people but for my very African mother, she doesnt like it when I enter her kitchen with cameras and all so I had to bribe her. I also had to bribe her to use her special pan for the stew because there’s something magical about it. I can’t explain. And oh she says it’s older than me and doesnt play with it at all. Also, the special ingredient for banku is love. Trust me, I learned how to cook banku when I was 12 years. If you cook with anger, hatred and any other unpleasant emotions, it won’t come out great. Enjoy the video. Video edited with CapCut

Random Vlog of Errands, Mountain View and Night Rides

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=abenad/pzigjzlhnp This is a very random vlog of Abenad being Abenad and some breathtaking view of Accra-Ghana at night from the mountain. For the very obvious reasons, I just can't get enough of that view. Also, if you look closely, you'll @bipolar95 down there somewhere. I guess she finally found her soulmate in Ghana. Congratulations girl. Sometimes, I want to sit down, look into the camera and talk but I have nothing to say so until I get what to say, I will keep on talking about that Arabian Prince I'm looking for. Let me stop here so you can enjoy the video. Video edited with CapCut Background song: Kante by Fave and Davido

    Rants, Errands And Beach

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=abenad/xjwyztpkym Hello everyone, I just wanted to share this vlog with you all. You guys will find @bipolar95 at the latter part of the vlog and from the information I gathered, she was out there looking for the love of her life. I believe if she’s not finding him on land, there’s a high possibility that he’s probably in the ocean. Anyway, nobody should take any of my rants serious. Thank you all for watching. Spend A Saturday With Me

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=abenad/hgqmbarxpl I’m actually giving myself a huge bombastic side eye while writing this because I’ve had this in my gallery for about a month or so. And there was absolutely no reason why I was holding on to it. So here it is: a random Saturday in my life. To be honest, most times, I even forgot I was vlogging because I was living in the moment all the time. And then my friends would remind me, “madam vlogger, where is your camera” I’m definitely going to upload more vlogs this year so stay tuned! Also, let me know if you like the surprise view at the end of the vlog. For people like @bipolar97 and @justfavour, let me answer you two in advance. No, that’s not Mr Anonymous. I’ll probably make a vlog with him somewhere this year though. Video was edited with CapCut Background song: Holy Ghost by Rema

Detty December Vlog In Takoradi-Ghana|ep 01

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=abenad/zccjtzimbb I wrote about Detty December yesterday and promised to show you all the Takoradi-Ghana version. Here I am, fulfilling my promise. So there’s something I forgot to add to yesterday’s post. Accra is the Capital of Ghana from January to November. In December, it’s Takoradi. We normally say Takoradi is Christmas and Christmas is tadi. I’m not really going to bore you with any explanation. I’ll just show you with my detty December episodes in Takoradi. Detty December in Takoradi, Ghana starts officially with Made in Taadi. Made in Taadi is an annual concert for Takoradi people. It’s organized by Kofi Kinaata, a popular Ghanaian artist who was born and raised in Taadi. He organizes the concert as a way of giving back to his people. I was scared of going because as I said yesterday, during this time, Kwashey boys are on duty. I was very careful with my phone and in as much as I wanted to show you all everything, I had to pick the highlights and then hide my phone most of the time. Even though, I went with a bodyguard, he left me at one point to do ….I don’t even know. Maybe it’s a sign that I should just sell this brother of mine. Yesterday was really exciting and I didn’t even realize how fast time was going until it was morning. The location was a golf pack at the beach and for me, it was just perfect. At a point, the whole place got so packed and I won’t be surprised if we were 7000+ yesterday. I laugh anytime I remember that yesterday was just the beginning of Taadi enjoyment. Stay tuned! Watch Me Play Table Tennis For The First Time

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=abenad/zyouampkmo Some weeks ago, I got invited to hangout with friends and played table tennis for the first time. It was a very funny moment in the beginning because I didn’t even know how to hold the thing. What’s it even called? Bat or racket? My friends laughed at me for the first 5 minutes and then I decided that enough was enough. Although it was my first time, I believe it’s safe to say I ended as a pro. I know jealous people like @justfavour and @bipolar95 will come for me. In fact, maybe Ghana should sign me up for the Olympics because I can’t waste all this talent. I’ve always been a sports girlie but I don’t know why I never tried table tennis. I definitely will be playing more of it henceforth. When is the next olympics? You all should watch out for me. Mini Tour Of Eastern Region, Ghana

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=abenad/nxwioiruch In Ghana, one of the lowkey regions many people dream of visiting is the Eastern Region. As kids, the things we learned about certain places in the region made us never stop imagining how the place was like. For me, I couldn’t stop imagining how the Akosombo dam looked like. I just wanted to see the “thing” behind Ghana’s electricity. Of course, there are a lot more. I mean talk of lake Volta, Adomi bridge, longitude 0°, the monkey sanctuary and a whole lot. It’s actually funny how many Ghanaians have never been to the eastern side before even though they’ve lived all their lives in Ghana. What I realized in Eastern Region is that even though it’s a very big place, everyone knows everyone. I’m not sure how to explain that but let me put it this way: strangers are easily noticed. Anyway, Eastern Region is a 10/10 region and I’m not sure why it took me this long to visit the place. From the mountains to the water bodies to the tropical forests. Oh! A little thing you should know is that food is kind of expensive over here. For those of you who have never been to the eastern side before, this is me doing you all the honour of making a little tour of a few interesting places in the Eastern Region of Ghana. @yahuzah and @depressedfuckup, you are greatly welcome. Let’s Go Play Indoor Games | Vlog

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=abenad/dtreidgowd I really don’t want to brag but I have to make it known to the world that I have finally been crowned as the queen of darts. Oh! You can find all the evidence you need in the video. It wasn’t easy at all, in fact, people like @justfavour planned my downfall but I maneuvered my way through the storm. I just realized today that I’ve been having a lot of fun for a while now but haven’t really tried most indoor games. Today, we had a whole agenda planned but we got an impromptu invite for this indoor games event happening at a particular center. I didn’t even hesitate to say yes when I was asked. The journey to the place was so beautiful and I was lost in the moment. Also, you’ll find in the video a short story where I asked a question. If you know the answer, let me know in the comment section. Just take a wild guess. Today was really fun and I enjoyed riding with most people who thought I was probably a 15 year old kid. Honestly, I enjoy those moments a lot because that’s the only time I can use style to fully display the highest level of stubbornness(don’t judge me). This is something I’ll definitely do again. The next time I tell you anything about darts, I would have been the god of darts by then. Thank you all for watching. Video edited with CapCut Thumbnail done with Canva

Travel With Me To The Eastern Region- Ghana

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=abenad/yhpxdkfpdc Some days ago, I went on a road trip to the Eastern Region of Ghana. It is one of the coolest trips I’ve ever experienced because I went with my little sister, meaning a little bullying and a little loving, hehe, just kidding. For someone who loves traveling, this was a little overwhelming because I wasn’t traveling alone. I had to constantly remember to check up on her..(big sister things, stop playing) This is one of the trips that we’ve been looking forward to since the beginning of the year. I made sure to do everything I had to do so I wouldn’t be called back to Western Region for any form of task. At this point, anytime I see an incoming call by a suspicious numbers, I don’t even bother to answer. Nobody shall cut my enjoyment short! We left Western Region in the morning and got to Accra (Greater Accra Region) in the afternoon. We got picked up and continued to the Eastern Region. That 2 hour drive was so cool. I learned a little history about the krobos(a tribe in Ghana). They lived on the mountains in Eastern Region to protect themselves from surprise attacks. They even had a holy place on that mountain which I indicated in the video. Ohh and the sunset part! At this point I know my future husband will my heart with videos of sunsets. Let me leave you all to enjoy the video. Video was edited with capcut Thumbnail done with canva Background song: Blood on the dance floor by Odumdublvck

Ever Seen Anything Like This In Ghana?

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=abenad/jpttqucndv Some years back in Ghana, if I remember clearly maybe 2009 or even 10, Merlin was like a plaque in Ghana(not in a bad way though). I mean the Merlin series. Everyone was watching Merlin. From babies to old people. Oh I’m not even playing. It used to be a ritual for us. For someone like me, I used to watch every episode like 5 times just because it was Merlin. I created this freeform crochet some days and it reminded me of Merlin. It brought back memories of the dragon asking Merlin to tell Arthur to go into one of the possessed Islands to look for “something” and that “something” would solve the problems of Camelot. Wait, before you ask me what freeform crochet is, it’s basically making art with crochet but with no pattern. Just like how artists just paint with their brush or just colors with no formula, it’s the same with freeform crochet. Freeform crochet is not easy and I haven’t even seen one in Ghana before but I know a lot of people practice it but find it hard to share because they feel people migjt not understand. Well, thinking about how hard I worked on this, i just decided to be the first Ghanaian crochet to share my freeform crochet and of course, hive saw it first. Anyway, I named it the Endless end and I just imagine how Arthur would have struggled for days with his knights to go get this Endless End piece to solve Camelot’s problems. I’m not sure how it would even solve the problem but probably the colors will play huge part in it. But there you have it, I won’t be surprised if this is your first time seeing freeform crochet in Ghana and by a Ghanaian. Oh I’m tempted to add that maybe my superpower is probably beung able to make anything at all with just crochet hook and yarn. Background song: Merlin theme song Video was compiled with InShot

First Half Of the Year Vlog

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=abenad/avtqmzxfzc Hello everyone, it’s the last day of June and the last day of the first half of the year. Hehe! I’m so excited because we’re about the enter the second half of the year which also begins with my birth month.(Somebody make some noiseeee). I’m so grateful to God because when I went back to check my goals for the year, I realised I’ve been able to accomplish almost all even in the first half of the year except the part where I have to get married(just kidding). It’s been a wonderful ride for me, I don’t know about you though. In the beginning of the year I made up my mind to spend so much time with my family and after making this video I realized that’s exactly what I did. I also realized I started manifesting a lot of things in the beginning of the year and I’m glad they are all gradually coming to pass..yay, that’s a huge win for me.(happy dance) The video is made up all the memories I’ve made from January to June. That’s 6 months right? So yeah, 6 months of memories compressed into 60 seconds. I only hope and pray that I’ll have a beautiful second half and definitely get double of all that I have received in the first half. Enjoy the video. Snippets Of My Easter Sunday

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=abenad/ywpuybjnfy Of course, that’s me modeling in the first part of the video. I mean who else with a new shoe and bag wouldn’t? Hello? Yeah this is me lowkey telling everyone I have a new shoe and bag..haha. I know I’ve already spoken about how my Easter went but this is me bringing you all premium vlog for you to see exactly how it went. Anyway, have you heard of amapiano? You have? What of HolyGhost-piano? Are you confused? You can check it out in the video. At a point, I even forgot where we were and was just screaming anyhow because I was so excited. I was telling my friends the other time that, this particular reason is why I don’t even see the need to have fun during the weekdays because I know it’s always going to be lit on Sundays. Lowkey lowkey, I just wanted you all to see my outfit that’s why I brought that part first. It was giving lawyer and Minister for Environment vibes(Imagination wants to kill me). I’m actually surprised that me of all people didn’t even mind that I didnt go to the beach on Easter Sunday because where I come from which is Takoradi ( US of Ghana), Easter without beach is a big NO. I just wonder what exactly is the connection between Easter and the beach though. I really enjoyed making this for you all. Enjoy watching.
