Throw Back Thursday. Memories of a celebration by Ladies of Honour.

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=adaezeinchrist/52694b43 Hello great family and friends in the house. Welcome back to throw back Thursday. This is the last Thursday in the month of April and that makes it a special one for me. Today I will be sharing a memorable event I witnessed when I traveled home two weeks back for a burial. I saw this beautiful set of ladies who are called - Ladies of Honour. There is power in name guys because they are actually ladies of honor. I love their outfit and everything about them. This is a group of ladies who came together to form an organization meant to help themselves in any capacity at all. Anyone that is there member will always enjoy their company be it during weeding, sent forth prayers, birthday's, burial ceremonies, anniversaries and what have you. I asked questions about them and I was told that they will contribute money for any of their member, give moral support, give the gift of wrappers each to their members. I believe that these are what attracts people to join them as a member. Because you will notice that you are not alone in this life. Your problems are half solved with such ladies around you. They are there to help you out of your worries. I was just so drawn to this women that I decided to make a video of them and what they do to share with the house. There is what we call - peer pressure. When you are with the right group of people, they will influence you positively, but when you mingle with the wrong people, you will have yourself to be blamed later in life. This is what I learnt about this women. Once you are with them, you will get to do the right thing in the society. This is a group that don't tolerate nonsense from their members. Please as you watch, drop a comment about what you have watched and share with others.

TBT community. My experience with masquerades

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=adaezeinchrist/48b1b7c1 Hello beautiful friends in Throw Back Thursday community. I know that this is coming late for today because since yesterday I have been trying to make this post but having issues with network. I love doing my post very early on Thursday. But all the same I still made it for today. This is me sharing the experience that I heard with masquerades in the Village where I went to for a burial ceremony. I traveled home since last week Friday and up till now I am still in the Village. One of the major problem there is bad network and that is even the reason why I am making this post very late at this moment. I last saw masquerades ten years or more back and back then I use to be afraid of the masquerade because we were told when we were kids that masquerade is a spirit. So we thought that is the spirit of the dead that comes around to frighten people once in a while. But when I grew up I discovered that we were told lies by our parents just to keep us away from the masquerade because some of those masquerade are very dangerous. They go into diabetic means just to prepare themselves for the day of masquerade display in the village square. Today I saw the masquerade displaying while we were at the burial. It was a good site to behold because I love their dance and everything about them. I also saw children running away from the masquerade crying and I quickly remembered my childhood days when I use to run away from the masquerade like this kids today. Please do enjoy the video. Drop your comment and share with friends

Throw Back Thursday. Memories of music competition between men and women

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=adaezeinchrist/4c862c00 This is another edition of throw back Thursday community popularly known as TBT. we share beautiful memories here with friends and help to keep those memories alive. From the very day I started sharing memories with us here it has helped me to keep record of things I should have forgotten within months. Sometimes too I come over to this community to extract videos of pictures of something that happened in the past maybe to use when I like. Because of space I quickly delete every video I have shared here knowing fully well that I can always come here to get them. So you see that this community serves as a place where I can keep information for the future. All I will have to do is log into my blog in hive, locate throw back Thursday community and get what I want. For today I want to share the experience that I had few weeks back when I went to Kano for the Sallah celebration. I went to one of the church to celebrate Mass. St. Malarchy Catholic church, Nasarawa Kuki Kano land. I saw the men group and the women group having a dance competition or let me call it a song competition because it was both singing and dancing. Women came out in their beautiful uniform for their presentation and the men also came out though not in a specific uniform, but they also tried their best for their own presentation. I was really concerned about the song they both presented, but my concern is the fact that men and women prepared and came out to sing in the church and also dance to a particular step. This is a kudos from me to the church for having such amazing people who are willing to go extra miles to do the needful. Please watch and share what you feel about my video. All the images and videos used in this post belongs to me.

Hive openinic week 313. A cover of He is risen by adaezeinchrist.

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=adaezeinchrist/b5296658 Hello beautiful people. How are you all doing my friends? Hope we are all good? This week is the week that we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. I am so happy that it is the same thing we are talking about in hive openmic week 313. This period we are reminded of what someone did for us to set us free from the powers of darkness. The whole earth has been held in bondage against it's wish because of what one man did in Genesis Chapter 3. Everyone born of a woman carried that cause because of the first man who sinned and we are all his children. No man came to this world without it from generation to generation. People that lived before Christ had no one to deliver them from such powers. All glory to God because of his son that he sent to this world to die for us. Everyone that committed sin needs to die because of that sin. When Jesus came he became the sacrificial Lamb that took away our sins and set us free. But that did not happen until when he went to the cross. Died and was buried for three days in the grave. The power of the grave could not hold him down. He was brought back to life by his father and my father. What he did was enough to set everyone humanity free from sin. That is why today we celebrate his resurrection. Happy Easter to everyone reading this. My prayer for us is that his death and resurrection will not be in vian in our lives 🙏🙏🙏 I did a cover of the Hymn by Mercy me. Lyrics He is Lord, He is Lord He has risen from the dead And He is Lord Every knee shall bow Every tongue confess That Jesus Christ is Lord You are Lord, You are Lord You have risen from the dead And You are Lord Every knee shall bow Every tongue confess That Jesus Christ is Lord Source <iframe width="640" height="480" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/bu5LSVKdGCs" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen" webkitallowfullscreen="webkitallowfullscreen" mozallowfullscreen="mozallowfullscreen" frameborder="0" > The image belongs to me.

Throw back Thursday. Memories of Sallah Celebration in Kano Land with my friends

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=adaezeinchrist/10e89ea2 Hello everyone in this community. Welcome back to my blog for this week. I will be sharing my experience in Kano land where I saw some beautiful people celebrating Sallah in a very special way. For me it was a little remainder of how I use to celebrate my Christmas when I was a little girl. In those days we do go out to a particular place to celebrate with friends and our parents are very far away from us so that we can feel relaxed and play with friends. I traveled to Kano two weeks back and I stayed there up until when sallah was celebrated. I have never people celebrating it like this because the place I stay people always celebrate sallah differently from the way I saw it for this year. The young ones went to a primary school to celebrate with friends and I also saw their parents in another place praying and thanking God for allowing them to celebrate another another year. I was so happy to see them celebrate with such joy and excitement. Happy Sallah to all my Muslim friends.

Hive openmic week 311. A cove of forgive me by adaezeinchrist

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=adaezeinchrist/rdvfwqra Repentance is what we have the opportunity to do at this period that we are fasting. O believe just as the Bible says that God is a merciful God and when we pray he is just and merciful to forgive us. For week 311 the topic says repentance and I did love to do a cover of an Igbo song that have helped me a lot to draw closer to God. For the period of lent we need a topic like this to remind us that we need God to cleanse us and Maka us holy before God. If we say that we have no sin then we lie according to the Holy book. The song is about repentance and is in my language. This is the lyrics below 👇 Before the lyrics, I went round to search for the owner of this song, but I could not get the original owner. All that I see is the cover by different people and the reason is because is a very old song. Lyrics Igbo Gbahara, gbahara muo Eze ebube gbahara mu oh Gbahara, gbahara muo Eze ebube gbahara mu oh Ihe ojoo nine mmere nuwa Gbahara muo Okwu ojo nine mmkwuru nuwa Gbahara muo Ebe ojo nine njere nuwa Gbahara muo English Forgive, forgive me Lord Forgive, forgive me Lord All the bad things that I have done in this life Forgive me

Afritunes week 211. A cover of Allah Ba Mai Kamar Ka

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=adaezeinchrist/vewzxkyg Hello beautiful people from all over Africa and beyond. Greetings from my end here in Nigeria. This is week 211 and I want to do a cover of this beautiful song by pastor Chingtok. He is a well known Nigeria gospel artist and I love all his Hausa songs because of the lyrics and the message it passes to us. Pastor chingtok is one man that I know that have a message for this generation and God decided to use him through songs to bless people of all tribes and languages. The song says that there is no one like God even in heaven, on earth and even beneath the earth. Everywhere that man is found and people live there you will agree with me that there is no one can be compared to our God. He has done great things and is still doing greater things for us. The song in Hausa says - Allah ahh ba Mai kamar ka a sama. God no one like you in heaven. Ba Mai karma ka a kasa. No one like you on earth. Girma da yabo naka nai. Praise and adoration belongs to you. And you can go over it as many times as you want or wish. This is not a song for God, but a song of reassurance to man that there is none like God both in heaven and on earth, even beneath the earth. The song when listen to it, you will think that it is a song unto God, but God already knows that. It is to the son of man who may have doubt in him about the existence of God or who may be comparing God Almighty to other little god that can't talk, walk or even see when it's followers are going through stuff that needs attention. Check out this video, "Hausa song: Allah bamai kamarka a duniya" https://www.google.com/search?hl=en-NG&amp;client=ms-android-xiaomi-terr1-rso1&amp;hs=3uYp&amp;sca_esv=93bf05b8ac35d58d&amp;q=Hausa%20song%3A%20Allah%20bamai%20kamarka%20a%20duniya&amp;docid=uTMfRqtwWDZUMM&amp;ibp=video&amp;shndl=41&amp;shmd=H4sIAAAAAAAA_w3Jy0rDQBQAUIu46Se4uhBwITSpCmoLRdLaNgpKVbTqJt48nBkm8zD3jiQ7_8Tfcu-P6Nme4c9g-JY2DUooEAwq0Giw1QgIVbCqxzjeEMNCKivYabgiiTpA9BpMsIw2v0FGiDIMhPnaka8biMirVnHAJidnBe1ryexpmiS1Ldvec12NuLDjWBAjqzIunUmUQVHTxcfsf6bpbTVZlw_LyTNvimuRzZ-6TncLm80v79P-9Lgu3DL3cvv-ctZ-nj_2o9Vqe3J3QLOj8eFO97v3Nfje_QOQouLP2wAAAA&amp;shmds=v1_ATWGeeMi6qLrFqIZdRSIsjNzXEgb6kfd035xqMcrhnCZfOCo3A&amp;source=sh%2Fx%2Fvid%2Fm1%2F2&amp;kgs=fbaa97bb8e79617d

Throw back Thursday. Come with me to my husband's surprise birthday party.

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=adaezeinchrist/tvqmiqts Hello beautiful friends. Welcome back to my blog in Throw Back Community popularly knows as TBT. Is always sweet to come here every Thursday to hear beautiful memorable stories from different beautiful people in this community. Today I will as well share something special to me with the house. Every second day of March happens to be my husband's birthday and I really love celebrating him even though if it is in a small way that I can. For this year I was not having enough money as I wished, but I had to do something to make him happy. I have seen my husband sacrifice a lot for everyone in the family and he hardly remember himself. Most times he don't even buy anything like clothes, shoes and even perfume for himself. So for this birthday I made up my mind to buy him some gifts to celebrate him. He never knew that I was planning such a surprise for him. I made sure he went out before the women came in and when he came back we started singing the birthday songs for him. All the images and videos in this post belongs to me.

Hive openmic week 310. A cover of let my heart calm down for God.

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=adaezeinchrist/tgpowqll This is week 310 of hive openmic community. I welcome you guys to my blog for this special edition that says - Emotions. One thing I know about emotions is that if we allow our emotions it can mislead us. That is why for me, I love the fact that God is in charge of my emotions. For this particular week I will love to do a cover of an Igbo song that says, let my heart calm down because God knows what he has planned for me. Something because we don't really get to see what God has in stock for us we get carried away when we face hardship and the troubles of life. Alot of people have given up when they allow their emotions take control of them and it feels like God has forsaken you at that moment. I have learned to wait on God and allow him do his work his own way. The song is in Igbo language, but I do my best to interpret to us so that we can follow. Lyrics written by me. I did so because is an old song and we can't really find the original owner of the song. So many people have done the cover and I have also known the song since I was a child. Lyrics Obi m dere duu A tuna egwu O bi m dere duu Chukwu mara ihe oma onye mere m oo O bi m dere duu Obi m dere duu A tuna egwu O bi m dere duu Chukwu mara ihe oma onye mere m oo O bi m dere duu Obi m dere duu A tuna egwu O bi m dere duu Chukwu mara ihe oma onye mere m oo O bi m dere duu Ma na ututu Ma na ehihe O bi m dere duu chukwu mara ihe oma onye mere m ohh O bi m dere duu Obi m dere duu A tuna egwu O bi m dere duu Chukwu mara ihe oma onye mere m oo O bi m dere duu Mana abali mana ihihe O bi m dere duu chukwu mara ihe oma onye mere m ohh O bi m dere duu English language Let my heart calm down Because God knows what he has planned for me. Both in the morning and in the night . Thanks to everyone who stepped in to my blog for this week. Do have a great week ahead

Throw back Thursday. Memories of a seminar with students

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=adaezeinchrist/bebzotgb Hello beautiful friends. Welcome back to my blog in throw back Thursday community. For this week I am glad to share memories of my visit to Our Lady of Fatima Girls College ( OLA) this is a boarding school meant only for girls. I was invited in one of their seminar last weekend to speak to the students on the need to seek God now that they still have the time. The seminar topic was : SEEK THE LORD WHILE YOU CAN FIND HIM. It was a very beautiful moment with the students because we also have some of their teachers and parents in attendance. The seminar started around 7pm and ended by 9pm. Though I was told that they will be starting by 6 pm and I left all that I was supposed to do and went there only to discover that the students are still going to the dinner to eat food. So I had to wait for them to finish before the program started. I don't know when we will stop this African time. We are too used to it that it means nothing to us. For me I don't love keeping people waiting and that is why I love keeping to time. I love the energy I saw on the students. The whole school came and participated in everything with all their hearts. The students danced very well when it was time for dancing and also prayed with all their during prayers. I also noticed that they paid serious attention to the word of God which is very important in their lives. This is a very great and awesome experience for me. Hive openmic week 309. A cover of prayer is the key

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=adaezeinchrist/wrfgzhzt Fasting is very good thing and helps us to have enough time for prayers. We all know that prayers means talking to God and receiving his response in what we have asked in prayers. It then means that we can't talk about fasting without adding the word - Prayer. For this week 309 in the hive openmic community I will love to do a cover of two short songs on prayers. One is taking from the Bible that says - Prayer is the Key, while the second song is an Igbo song on prayers too. It says that prayer is my own charm. People usually go to native doctors to get charm maybe for protection or to harm another person. But for me prayer is the only charm I know how to make and I will keep doing it again and again until I am no more. The song on English language is an affirmation that prayer is the only key to all our problems because even Jesus when he was in the flesh he kept praying until his last minute on earth. It shows us that we also needs to pray on every situation. I had to write the lyrics by myself because so many people have done the cover of this two songs that I can't even say who sang it first. But because they are songs that I am use to I will just go ahead and write their lyrics the way I know how to. Lyrics of the English song. Prayer is the key Prayer is the key Prayer is the master key ! Jesus started with prayers And ended with prayers Prayer is the master key 2X Song in Igbo language Ekpere bu ogwu mgworo Ni me chineke Ekpere bu ogwu mgworo A gama agwoya ozo 2X Enjoy my cover @adaezeinchrist

Hive openmic week 308. A cover of my great provider by adaezeinchrist

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=adaezeinchrist/lzdkbnvr Welcome back to my blog for hive openmic week 308. The topic for this week is so amazing that I feel in love with it from last week that I saw it. Charity is love and we can't start talking about love if given is not involved. Someone once said that love makes people to give out something. It is for this reason that God gave out his son to pay our debt. For this reason I decided to go with this particular song by Element Ola Daniels, which says my great provider. He has been there from beginning providing for us and making sure we are okay despite the situation. All glory to God. This song has been there for decades and many have done the cover again and again. For this particular I am doing this week this is the lyrics by Klement Ola Daniels Lyrics of My Great Provider by Klement Ola-Daniels He′s a great provider He's a great provider He′s a great provider He's a great provider a a He will surely provide for me and provide for you He's a great provider, he′s a great provider He′s a great provider a a a a, he's a great provider He′s a great provider, he's a great provider He′s a great provider a a, he's a great provider He will surely provide for me, provide for you Source Thanks a lot for coming around. Afritunes week 208. A cover of I know who I am by adaezeinchrist

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=adaezeinchrist/gbfoyada Hello great Africans. Is my pleasure to be here for the week 208. I am @adaezeinchrist and I wish everyone here a beautiful and amazing March. For this week I want to do a cover of a beautiful song by my beautiful sister from Nigeria. She is called Sinach and he song has a way of speaking to my situations everytime that I listen to it or sing by myself. I know who I am for me in March is a way of telling myself and all my friends here that God has planned so many goodies for us this month and if we know then we already have it before us. When you don't know that you have money in your account, you will keep going to people to help you solve your problems. But the very moment the knowledge is made known to you, you will stop all the begging and start using your money from that day. There is power in knowledge. When you know, you know. And if you don't know you will die in ignorant. This is the very reason why I went for this song. It is way of talking to myself. Also is like a daily mantra for me. I tell myself every day that I know who I am in God and that helps me to keep pushing even when it seems as if no one understands me. I just keep going because I know what God have said concerning my situations. Lyrics We are a chosen generation We’ve been called forth to show his excellence Hey all I require for life God has given me And I know who I am 2X I know who God says I am What he says I am Where he says am at I know who I am 2X I'm working in power I'm working in miracle I live a life of favor I know who I am 2X source

Hive openmic week 307. A cover of My eyes have seen by adaezeinchrist

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=adaezeinchrist/blruofjk Hello my beautiful people in the hive openmic community. I love you all and I bring greetings to my family here. Week 307 is all about praise unto God. The topic says - psalms. This is when we need to bring to God our worship in different languages and that is why I decided to praise God in my own language. I am making a cover of a song that has been there for years and today I am bringing it up again because it goes along with our topic for the week. The song has been there for decades and It has been associated with gospel artists like Joepraize (I Have Seen) and Preye Odede, as well as in videos by Victor Thompson. The reason is because many gospel singers have done the cover again and again. I believe that it is not too easy to know the real person who sang it first. Lyrics IGBO Anya m afugo Nti m anyugo Akwu onu mu Ga neto oru ebube chukwu Anya m afugo Nti m anyugo Akwu onu mu Ga neto oru ebube chukwu Anya m afugo Nti m anyugo Akwu onu mu Ga neto oru ebube chukwu ENGLISH My eyes have seen, my ears have heard, my mouth will talk about the goodness of God My eyes have seen, my ears have heard, my mouth will talk about the goodness of God My eyes have seen, my ears have heard, my mouth will talk about the goodness of God source
