Grab the milk and pour a bowl with Adam and Keli as they discuss breakfast cereals. From marshmallowy goodness to non-nutrative varnishes to which characters would cause kids to beg their parents to buy it at the grocery store. They also go over some highlights of a local comic con, discuss some upcoming movies and pay tribute to a comic book legend and an actor whose character was kept around because the fans demanded it.Adam has opinions on commercials being shown before a theatrical movie and Keli is not a fan of singing leprechauns.

Keli make it clear he’s not interested in owning exotic pets and Adam’s dog protects him from scary fire breathing monsters from the sky.

Adam is currently a happy Cubs fan and Keli has a kinda big announcement.

Keli gives free promotion to a burger chain and Adam admits that he has questionable judgement when it comes to running events.

They also talk about their favorite New Mexico holiday traditions, the Christmas classic got a stage adaptation, which new movie got a VHS release and where Adam took his son to die from dysentery. Adam mixes up Stage West in Fargo with London’s West End, and Keli takes a firm stance on BBQ.

Join Adam and Keli as they explore online archives of past events and nostalgia. From YouTube channels dedicated to TV commercials from the past, to a woman whose 35 year passion project was ensuring there was a recording of history. They also discuss the recent New Mexico snowstorm, whether Netflix has ever turned down a movie script, the passing of some notable people, and what airport has a unique way to take the stress out of holiday travel. Adam’s wife won’t let him get a Redbox kiosk and Keli forgets an important anniversary.

Episode 21: Say Cheese
Join Adam and Keli in a nostalgia heavy episode as they reminisce about growing up in the pre digital age of film cameras. From Keli’s time taking action shots of rollerblading hooligans and documenting his senior year as the yearbook photographer, to Adam’s high school photography class and dragging his old film camera around the world. They dive into film speeds, iso settings and what effects those developing chemicals may have had. They also catch up on some post Balloon Fiesta news, the return of an iconic brand, a pair of actresses who are using their health challenges to inspire others and the grandchild of two Gen-X icons. Adam rants about kids (and parents) these days, and Keli reveals that he was a regionally renowned photographer in the late 90s.

Episode 20: Everybody Loves a Fiesta
Grab your cameras and come on down to the most photographed event in the world (citation needed) as Adam and Keli talk about the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. There’s a brief overview of the history of hot air balloons and how the annual event brings in thousands of people to the Land of Enchantment. They also discuss some updates for a previous episode, the end of a shopping era in the mainland United States (but not some of the territories) and how it’s now legal to splash a little whiskey in your PSL. Keli admits he didn’t think Albuquerque was a real place, and Adam grumbles about how his commute will be affected during the fiesta.

Join Adam and Keli as they ponder the conspiracies (theories?) surrounding the Denver International Airport. Where do the tunnels lead? Why are gargoyles watching over the baggage claim? What’s up with the giant blue horse with glowing red eyes? Who is behind the New World Airport Commission? Also discussed are the terrifying moments that the ground shook in Albuquerque, which stars are dancing, the ultimate absentee voting and the passing of a beloved icon. Keli finally gets his PSL and Adam is pedantic about architectural decor.

Keli admits to being a juvenile delinquent in his youth and Adam talks about teaching his kids life skills they’ll need if they ever time travel to the 80’s.

Adam uses the podcast as a therapy session, and Keli reveals he never got to have the good cereal as a kid.

Join Adam and Keli as they discuss advances in mobile games over the years from birds that might be mildly annoyed to crushing candy and slicing fruit and which popular mobile game led to military leaders putting out statements about security. Also find out which landlocked state has a reported shark attack, why birds are attacking drones meant to keep beachgoers safe, how a local New Mexico school is helping with UFO research and the first of what will most likely be a recurring segment on Superman movie updates. Keli’s current event is anything but current and Adam’s dog has thoughts about that.

Episode 13: Rocketman
Join Adam and Keli as they discuss model rocketry. Keli gives a good introduction to the hobby, how to get started, some of his favorite recollections from his days as a rocketeer, and how shooting rockets into the air is a good way to trick kids into learning about math and science. They also discuss some news about the new live action TMNT movie, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, the scandal rocking the competitive eating world, and note the passing of a couple of iconic figures. Join Adam and Keli as they discuss the history and culture impacts of Archie and the rest of the Riverdale gang from it’s early origins in the 1940’s to present day. They talk about the hit song, the various adaptations and how it’s appeal reached India. Join Adam and Keli as they revisit some teen-centric movies of the 1990s and discuss which ones hold up and which ones have aged like milk.
