This verse tells us that the name of Jesus is above every other name. It's a name that commands respect, reverence, and obedience. When we call on the name of Jesus, we're not just saying a word; we're invoking the power of the Almighty God. *Healing, Deliverance, and Salvation* The Bible is full of stories that demonstrate the power in the name of Jesus. In Acts 3:6, Peter healed a lame man by saying, "Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk." In Mark 16:17, Jesus told his disciples, "And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues."
