Adrion is a European transnational programme that brings together eight Partner States in the Adriatic and Ionian region funding dozens of transnational projects involving EU and non-EU organizations.In this podcasts' stories, we will present you the results of ADRION funded projects on the topics of Circular and Bioeconomy, Prevention and Management of Climate Change, and Blue Economy.In each episode, you’ll hear about the challenges that the Adriatic and Ionian region is facing and the projects that are tackling them to reach the targets of the European Green Deal and to engage citizens and organizations towards a more sustainable future.

Episode 3 : Blue Economy
In this episode of Adrion Short Stories we’ll hear from both projects financed by the Adrion programme: BLUEAIR and SEADRION to develop a Pilot Macro Regional Smart Specialisation Strategy for the Adriatic Ionian Region and to develop a common methodology for the use of seawater heat pumps to cool buildings.

Episode 2 : Prevention and Management of climate change
In this episode of Adrion Short Stories we’ll hear from three projects financed by the Adrion Programme: TRANS C.P. EARLY WARNING, MUHA and ADRISEISMIC.The projects aim to improve the coordination and the effectiveness of early warning systems in civil protection, to reduce seismic vulnerability on buildings and water-related risks.
