Coming up with a time management schedule for yourself can help you to prevent making mountains out of your mental Mole Hills. Also, being reactive rather than proactive can give other's control of you. Don't do that! Diminishing our small anxieties doesn't eliminate them. Keep them in perspective but deal with them when needed!  Also, What we take in is what we put out. We need to control the stimulus we're consuming to make sure we have something to offer the world back. Being Alone doesn't have to be lonely! Solitude is important in establishing a strong base for our mental health.
