So Chrono Trigger is my first ever RPG that I played and i LOVED it, especially because of the soundtracks. so when i decided to learn a piano piece properly, and not do my usual playing by ear, I decided to learn Wind Scene. as you can probably tell, i kinda suck. hehe. but meh! i'm still learning. hope you enjoy it anyway!

So... I was doing an internship that was REALLY trying... I'm talking about the drama people call 'office politics'; colleague blaming me for her mistakes, etc. As a result, I was forced to learn the lesson of TRUST again :) and I'm glad for that... this song really spoke to me and reminded me that God knows best and I can leave things and my life safe in His hands. I know my singing is a bit sharp and flat at certain parts... but I hope you'll forgive me... it was done in a rush :) I hope that the lyrics will speak to you :)

Nope... it's NOTHING like Taylor Swift's song... it does not feel amazing. in fact, for me, it just felt more crappy - like the burden of responsibilities i carry got heavier (in my mind). if not for my close friends and sweet parents, my 22nd birthday would have been quite unhappy for me... and this is what inspired this lyric-rewrite xP I know i could have done better with the lyrics (it was done in lecture xP shhhhh) and i was facepalming while editing the recording cos i thought of so many better alternatives to the lyrics i wrote xP but ya'kno. i don't like to waste and I'm really REALLY swamped with my studies. so. ya. just gonna post it anyway. oh and sorry for my guitar playing. So... it was my first time handling a uke and I was amazed at how cute it looked & sounded, and how easy it is to play! definitely an instrument I would recommend people to pick up! Aaanywaysss... i was with my friend (it's her uke) and i was joking that it was a baby guitar so when playing it one should sing in a baby voice... and she asked me to do it so i did xP buuuuutttt... i had a hard time regulating my baby voice so it went a little bit extra squeaky and we dissolved into laughter and i switched back to my normal voice xP lots of tempo issues and the uke MAY have been slightly flat in tuning... buuuutttt hope you enjoyed it anyway xP

sooooooooooooooooooo.... starting the new year with an angry/sad/lonely song... soooooo.... i LOVE love love EDM. and this is 1 of my favorite songs :P so like. i FINALLY managed to find an EDM song with an off-vocal (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8wQiAM27Yss) so i decided to try covering it. I've mentioned before that i have tempo problems; especially when using minus-1s... so please don't get mad or be annoyed... cos i corrected my tempo problems as best as i could... but i'm actually in the middle of exams =.= and not willing to re-synch everything (i created tempo problems in one area when i fixed it at another by accident). so yes. hehe. it's sucky... cos i haven't been singing in so long. not even in the shower :( buuuuutttt... new phone! so new recording device! haha. the sound quality is slightly better i think. but idk if it's me or stg... but the vocals sound weighted to the left all by itself... idk. maybe just me. i LOVED Song of the Sea (movie)and i love celtic music... so naturally I've been wanting to cover this song since I've heard it.
