Follow me in my recovery from alcohol. I have been an alcoholic for 25 years. I am 44 years old now and have been alcohol free for 2 years and seven months. I still have daily struggles and I am using this podcast as a coping mechanism. I hope that through sharing my experiences you can relate and use some of my tools that have helped me become sober. I drank everything from beer to rubbing alcohol with withdrawals that would send me to the hospital. I am here to tell you you can beat alcohol and it does NOT have to control your life. If I can do it so can you. The grass is not always greener, but in the case it is. Join me as I share my stories of rehabs, jail, DUIs and how I am currently becoming the person I was always meant to be.
