When? Why? How? Taking Time is a key component in maintaining a safe, productive and calm learning environment. Establishing clear routines and expectations surrounding when time is needed, why we take ourselves away from the group and how we self regulate are essential. Have a listen to our ideas and suggestions of how these questions can be answered and how a clear strategy can be established to promote positive self regulation across the age groups. 

'Othering' Are the interventions we put in place supporting the child's progressor are we unintentionally 'othering' them? *watch out for the cough 18 minutes in!' *battery issues at 22 minutes in too- keeping it fresh guys!

Supporting children from the bottom up. Maslow's hierarchy of needs, we have all heard of it, but do we give it the right consideration in our classrooms?
