Ask a Virginia Woman — the podcast where we talk power, policy, leadership, and life with the women who are shaping the future of the Commonwealth. I’m Judy Selzer, co-founder of the Virginia Women’s Foundation and during each episode, I sit down with bold, brilliant women from all corners of Virginia and turn up the volume on leadership, equity, and courage—one story at a time. I talk with CEOs, business leaders, lawmakers, educators, and entrepreneurs. And I ask: How did they get here? What challenges are they taking on? And what advice do they have for the rest of us?
