Winning in the AI Era: The Case for Human Coaching & Simple Systems
The online fitness industry is going through a major transition - largely driven by AI - and most coaches are underestimating how significant that shift will be.Ash argues that the industry is splitting into two clear directions: “trainer-style” services (programs, nutrition plans, data-driven adjustments) and coaching change (human connection, behaviour change, and decision-making support). In his view, the future belongs to coaches who firmly sit in the second category.A friend of Behaviour Change Coach for over a decade, Ash has had visibility across thousands of fitness businesses and, through his own ventures, has always seen major industry shifts, long before they happen. In the episode we discuss systems and coaching, we explore why marketing is becoming harder, but how coaches can still stand out, and why the traditional push for scaled businesses isn’t actually what most coaches want. Instead, lean, sustainable six-figure businesses are often more realistic… and more desirable, he argues. We also touch on his offering, Daily Rounds - his new software tool for business that removes thinking from the day and improves decision fatigue, so overall, one not to miss.Follow Ash On:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ashptdninjaInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/ashburleigh/LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/ash-burleigh-183496208/

Reinventing a Career: From Corporate Work to Meaningful Menopause Health
Sara spent years in a stable corporate job before realising she couldn’t see herself doing it long-term.Courageously, Sara decided to retrain as a PT. Others thought her decision "crazy”, a hobby, and that she’d soon "come to her senses". The transition was tough - moving from steady income to uncertainty, the early years were inconsistent and a big shift from office life.Slowly and steadily, Sara grew her reputation locally. While working with clients and seeing some initial success, she started to realise sessions were less about just the workouts and more about the conversations around them - a realisation that led her into behaviour change coaching, where everything started to click. Now, alongside training and workouts (which she still loves), she helps clients build consistency and confidence through her coaching away from the gym. A menopause expert, in this episode Sara talks through that transition — leaving corporate, the challenges of starting in fitness, and how her approach evolved into a movement helping women navigate menopause through her training, coaching, speaking, and online support programs.Connect with Sara:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sara.balanced.lifeInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/sara_balanced_life/Website: www.balanced-life.co.uk

Codifying ADHD & Business Growth - Jack’s Story of Discovering The Hunter Brain™
In this episode, I sit down with an ADHD expert, Coach and business owner Jack to unpack what it actually feels like to build a business with an ADHD brain. We talk about the early years where chaos can feel like a superpower... fast ideas, big energy, creative bursts… and the moment that same wiring becomes the ceiling which will always hold you back.We explore the difference between interest-driven vs importance-driven behaviour, why so many high-performing coaches hit that “chaos ceiling,” and how smart systems, process and staff frees your creativity instead of limiting it."We also dive into some personal conversation; shame vs guilt, identity, and the danger of turning a diagnosis into a limitation instead of a framework for agency. This is an interesting conversation about performance, self-awareness, business growth, and what it really takes to stop being the bottleneck in your own success."If you’ve ever thought, 'Why can’t I just do the simple things consistently to grow my business?' — Jack explains why and how to fix it.Listen to the podcast mentioned in the episode: https://open.spotify.com/episode/4Lw2kwOmcPdX7NzhAfiZUl?si=XZ0hWwkSSy6UBn1jV4SMkw&nd=1&dlsi=6eca83555c4d4ae6Follow Jack on Instagram: @the.jacktaylorFollow Jack on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@the.jacktaylor
